Poor product and appalling after sales

Poor product and appalling after sales. Floor tripod mike stand. Thread joining boom arm and tripod gave way after only two uses. No response from either DJM Music or the supplier Tiger Music Distribution. Really poor all round

No communication at all. Waste of time

I ordered some drum pads in April. It said stock expected within 45 days, which is long, but fine by me.

Months went past without update. I had to email 3 times before I got an kind of reply. It turns out they were never going to get stock in to fulfil my order. Looks as though they were never going to tell me either...

I'm very disappointed it's taken over 3 months to be told I'm not going to get my order. I most definitely will never be shopping there in the future.

Highly recommended: provides good illumination

While it wasn't clear from the website if the lamp came with a USB cable, this was confirmed via WebChat. After that, ordering was straight forward. The product is excellent, and arrived very promptly - quicker than advertised, which was a bonus! I've used it for a concert, and the stand lamp gives excellent light, much better than the smaller one I've been using for a few years. It's great using it with my recently purchased power pack, as I know there's no risk of battery failure half way through a concert! I felt this product was good value for money at around £20. Many thanks to DJM for such excellent service.

Ordered a keyboard stand and stool set…

Ordered a keyboard stand and stool set on March 21st for next day delivery, had an email the next day being told it would be the beginning of April. April came and still nothing so phoned them up and was told it would be in around 20th April and sent next day delivery, I asked if someone could keep in touch because if it was delayed I would pay extra and have the slightly more expensive set. Get an email off them on the 10th May saying set is in and will be delivered 11th May and the tracking details, tried to track the set today (11th April) but says the package has not been recieved... phoned them up again and they said the payment had been cancelled because it had been purchased over 30 days ago. So I asked why someone hadn't been in touch and they said email must of got lost!!!! But they have my phone number........ hence after 2 months waiting canceled my order! Not great as it was a present for my 10yr olds birthday back in March.

Very happy customer

I'm very happy with the customer service provided. I ordered a half size guitar for my nephew, which unfortunately arrived damaged. I sent the customer services an email with images and they're sending out another guitar, in time for his birthday. DJM suggested to donate the guitar or keep it so I'll donate the damaged guitar as it's still in working order.
