This jewerly brand is seriously a scam ! I have bought a bracelet and i never recieved it , i had to wait one month to get an refound . It was christmast gift , so i was forced to buy emergency jewerly . Don’t buy here !
I bought a ring from the online store and wanted to exchange it for a larger one. I contacted customer service since, as stated in their return policy, a written request is required. I never received a response. I sent email after email, they didn’t answer calls, and I tried contacting Djula through their social media without success. I had to take the ring to a jeweler myself for the adjustment. I didn’t want to risk losing my money and the item.
It’s better to pay with PayPal; at least that way you have some protection if you decide to return the item. I’m very disappointed. Even if the item was defective, Djula doesn’t respond. You buy pieces starting at 400 euros and have no guarantee of customer satisfaction.
The worse, After 3 month of my order I’m still waiting for a delivery day.
Customer service is not able to give the date when my order will be delivered .
And it’s only 1 earring!!!!

It’s been 13 days since I placed the 3780 order, and it still hasn’t been processed.
I ordered Magic Touch moon bracelet as a birthday gift to myself and I’m leaving for a birthday vacation this Monday. I was really hoping to take it with me.
