Delivery times are approx 48 hours from ordering if orders are placed before 1pm, next day delivery is also available but with an applicable delivery charge for this option. No minimum order requirements and no standard delivery charges are applied.

Absolutely fantastic family run…

Absolutely fantastic family run business great service very helpful polite goes that extra mile for us as a business,great prices and products I've tried few other packaging companies as we take a lot of packaging products and these guys are the best really recommend d&l bubble packaging ltd , please don't listen to the few that have left the silly feedback as it's not true at all I've seen the messages personally myself as we had a few meetings before my business committed buying from d&l and it's was eBay and PayPal that found it in d&l favour and these people seem to leave bad feedback everywhere they purchase from totally dishonest as I'm a business man myself totally wrong . Keep going d&l can't recommend you guys enough

I bought 3 rolls on eBay which were…

I bought 3 rolls on eBay which were delivered to the wrong address.
After pointing this out they started ignoring us so we lost £51

Ebay closed your case down in our favour, due to the fact with the full proof of delivery from the courier plus the pictures provided to show where the items were delivered, it was all proof that your goods had been delivered and the courier provided all this to me and I provided it to you, the customer.
There is no reason for this review whatsoever, this was dealt with through eBay and all the evidence provided. An international company like eBay do not take things lightly by opting in favour of the seller, so this shows that we did everything we were supposed to on this and eBay and the courier backed up this up.
In regards to ignoring you, I responded to all your messages throughout the case which you opened on eBay and never once ignored you at all and that's why again eBay see's and reviews every single message that is sent between customer and seller.

item never arrived and when i contacted them direct i received a very rude response and bad customer services, eventually got a refund but wont use again.

this customer has been reported to the police, and action fraud team and they are under three different names matthew miller, janet and now Linz.
reference numbers for action fraud are NFRC180702443465 and NRFC180702438520 and police reference number 1002.
This customer purchased from eBay, eBay ruled the case in our favour, then took this to PayPal which then resulted in this customer closing the case down to say it was amicably resolved, not sure how leaving three different reviews on feedback is amicable. They have used our company details on online sites to place enquiries which we have been consistently harassed by other companies such as funeral care plans and life insurance policies.
Also on top of this pretending to be trading standards which I have recorded and saved voicemail messages which the police also have copies.
This review is false and fabricated and we are taking legal action anyway as this is in process with our solicitor for slander and defamatory comments and harassment.
This is a breach of Trustpilot policies and review feedback and will be removed due to these reasons.
