Poor. Very poor.

Paid for tracks I’ve been trying to source for a while yet when completed the purchase you’re directed to download the tracks and get an error message.

Tried contacting through the website on numerous occasions. No reply. Tried emailing the address in my email confirmation. Email bounced. Tried calling the number on the website. Doesn’t connect.

Don’t waste money buying from this site. It’s either a scam or a very poor service.

Company looks genuine but something is not right.

Purchased two albums of music and the download says "File not found remotely" . I have contacted them via e-mail and by their own website contact page, no replies. The phone number they list on the websit is not in service. I have used them in the past (a couple of years ago and they were fine) but now i feels like a dead site taking your money and not providing the goods. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they instantly refunded me the £25 (maybe they know about this site).

Purchased a song and the download says "File not found remotely" - was told to contact Martin at dmcworld when I messaged them about it but haven't heard back in around a month - he's still registered on companies house so could be worth bombarding them with complaints.

took my money, wouldn't allow me to download track. its a scam or just really bad ar getting back to people. artist should loop into having their names removed from the site

Found a song that wasn't available on other sites and paid for it. Pressing the download button and it goes to a screen displaying "file not found remotely". I messaged through the site form. No response. Emailed and it didn't get through. Rang the number but it was invalid. I have opened a dispute through PayPal. Look at the other reviews. Don't use the site.

Don't use this site. I purchased a track and when I go to download it, I get an error message that just says "File not found remotely". I have contacted DMC many times by email and tried their phone number (which doesn't work). They took the money pronto, but I do not have my music and they're non-responsive. As I say, avoid.

Despite Flash Player going obsolete years ago, you still need it to play previews of music on this website.
