Amazing job done on a kitchen installation in my flat, i dont usually leave reviews but i couldnt leave DMR’s work in the dark!! Absolutely amazing tradesmen with a good knowledge of their trade and an excellent boss who helped me through this step by step 10/10!!

david and the team done an amazing job on my attic converting it into my 13 year old daughters new room!! friendly and efficient tradesmen 10/10 would recommend definitely using them again in the future!

Amazing job completed by DMR. They worked quickly and were very effective and reasonably priced aswell. Will definitely be getting them in again for future jobs and highly recommend to anyone.

David helped me with the renovation of my flat. The work was done super quick and he even came with me to the flooring place and helped with measurements and advice as I was unsure on what I wanted but wanted to go look at options. He was helpful and he can arrange for other bits and bobs to be done like in my rental flats where I had to have PAT certs completed.

Great kitchen installation at our place ! The team from DMR were great from initial contact, through the job and to the final product.
Liaised with us constantly throughout the work and were extremely helpful and professional.
Could not recommend them enough!

DMR promised the earth, took the money, did some reasonable & then some very, very shoddy work & then stopped turning up completely & stopped answering the phone. Ended up having to pay many hundreds of pounds to several other contractors to get the various works completed so that the house was habitable.
Overall, it was a very distressing & expensive experience.
Avoid.

I can’t thank David and his team enough for what they done for me. They carried out essential work I needed done last minute after being let down by someone else. Highly recommend to all.

DMR Builders put in a new kitchen for me including removing part of a supporting wall. Even though we had a few hidden surprises David and his team worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted. One year on the kitchen still looks fabulous and is everything Ihoped it would be. Very happy.

DMR recently completed a 12 week extension on my house and im completely overjoyed with how it turned out! smart and efficient company with experienced tradesmen and a friendly boss who knows what he’s talking about! 10/10 recommend!

I never usually leave reviews but DMR have just completed an extension for myself and my husband. I have had nothing but a positive experience from everyone in the team. All the guys were so helpful and accommodating and completed the work about a week ahead of schedule. I really really appreciate what was done and I can’t thank David enough for answering my calls at 9pm on a Saturday night (sorry about that lol) or finding me alternatives to whatever I wanted changed and the last minute. Would highly highly recommend👍🏽

Unfortunately I have met the ugliest company ever in my life and ended up with unfinished work and hassles.

David was intimidating to me and my family many times. Please avoid DMR if you are lucky enough to see this post, or if u already start the project, remember to pay as less as you can ( never agree to give cash ) and keep all photos and record all conversations with you.

Our 12 week extension was finally abandoned after 32 weeks by this company, who demanded payment within hours of me being invoiced every week, but who gradually stopped appearing, didnt answer phones, were messy and untidy, never finished anything, and they have destroyed my front garden which is still littered with pallets and discarded rubbish. Poor workmanship, damaged flooring, tiles, and window frames, the list goes on. Promises broken at every turn. DREADFUL

This company started an extension for us a few years ago. Once they got their money they stop turning up, never answers there phones and their quality of work was horrendous. They will tell you everything you want to hear at the beginning. They are cowboy builders, I wouldnt recommend them and suggest people should avoid using them.

DMR Builders and Joiners walked out on a number of jobs in Edinburgh in 2018 leaving work incomplete (that was paid for) and sub contractors unpaid. They'll promise the world and get friends to write bogus positive reviews, but ultimately leave things unfinished, annoyed neighbours etc. Strongly recommend avoiding DMR and David Robertson

Dmr builders done a full house renovation for my self there staff and quality of work was very high they were reliable tidy working and most of all always made sure I was happy the job was complete to a great standard would deffo use these guys again

These guy recently renovated my property and converted my attic to a functional space. The standard of workmanship was exceptional and the guys couldn’t have been any more helpful. Punctual and polite every day and very hard working. Complete my job on time and to a very high standard. Would recommend to anyone looking to have work done
