Daniel and his team did a very good, professional job on our grade 2 listed house. They did a number of repairs and other building works and painted the whole house. They were responsive to our needs, helpful on our time lines and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. We are still using other members of his team for internal works. I would highly recommend them.

We cannot recommend DN Constructions Ltd highly enough. Dan and his team have done a truly marvellous job on our home.

They built a beautiful two-storey oak extension and carried out the major structural work as part of a full house refurbishment. We improved the insulation throughout, converted from radiators to underfloor heating, added two new en-suites, and transformed our home from a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house into a 4-bedroom house with a main bathroom plus two en-suites.

Although we chose to use a separate specialist company for the heat pump installation (purely because it requires specialist expertise, not due to any lack of trust), Dan and his team handled all the preparation work and coordinated seamlessly with the other contractors on site. Everything was done in the right order, communication was excellent, and the whole project ran smoothly.

From the very beginning, at the quotation stage, I asked Dan to build our home as if he were building it for himself and that is exactly what he did. Every detail was discussed with care, always balancing quality and budget. We always felt that Dan genuinely cared about our home and about getting things right.

Now that the house is almost finished, with only decorative work remaining, I can honestly say that we would not hesitate to use Dan and his team again for any future projects. This was an old barn with plenty of challenges, and DN Constructions found a solution to every single problem along the way.

Absolutely dreadful experience! Way over budget, took twice as long to finish as promised. Appalling workmanship and when asked to remedy the many defects, they had a sloping shoulders approach, refused to take responsibility and then just disappeared. We can provide proof of all of this. Avoid like the plague!
