Doors fitted without fuss and excellent advice given on the values of all parts. Fitting on the day was fast and efficient. A defect on a custom glass was noted by Dave and pointed out and then replaced without being asked.

I normally replace failed double glazed units, but also fit upvc panels when the need arises and I have always used DNK.

Communication is good, packaging for delivery is comprehensive and over the 12 years I have ordered from them, I have always been really happy with the service.

Dave was extremely helpful from start to finish. He helped me pick perfect utility & back doors that matched my kitchen. We also got 7 misty windows replaced - all for a great price, especially for the quality and hard work Dave puts in. He also fixed our porch door that had dropped.

He's very responsive on emails and him and his dad were very polite and friendly when installing. They received the doors earlier than expected and managed to fit us in a lot sooner, which was great! I would definitely use DNK services again.

The panel was exactly as we expected - cut perfectly to the size we requested.
It has totally transformed the look of our house, being a modern style.
We asked for dimensions of the glass and received a quick and accurate response.
Packaging was good and delivery was well communicated and on time, although it was left balanced against a fence despite me leaving a note requesting it to be laid flat on the drive.

I needed to replace a panel in our UPVC door. I had a quote from a local company and thought it was a little high. DNK Services website was VERY user friendly and I used the "contact us" to ascertain lead times. Prompt reply. Sent over my measurements for a new panel and recieved it within good time.

The panel was cut to the exact size and fitted beautifully.

The quality of the panel is excellent,far better than the panel I replaced

Dave was great, he fixed my window that wouldn't shut properly so that stopped a load of cold air coming in.

Then, he fixed the bifolds so that they all aligned properly and again stopped any draught coming through.

Our ground floor is now much warmer.

Dave from DNK fitted a new front door for us, we wanted a colour a bit different to the everyday colours you see and Dave was really helpful in ensuring it was the exact colour we was after. We was able to preview how it looked and any questions were answered. On the day of the fitting, Dave arrived promptly and tidied up afterwards too. We are over the moon with the new door and highly recommend DNK for such a great service from start to finish and going above and beyond to be super helpful too
