We always enjoy a visit to Dobbies although there were very limited sale items available and the sale house plant items were even more restricted with a few rather sick looking plants.

Lack of stock
Dobbies at Ashford ran out of my first second and third choice imitation christmas tree and it was only mid afternoon.pretty poor planning as its only 4 weeks before Christmas.the staff were less than apologetic and the checkout girl came nowhere near close to a smile when I asked her to stock check another item for me. It all seemed a bit of a chore

We visited the resturant and had 2 Pie and Mash. The Pie was lovely very tasty and hot, the mash was warm but unfortunately the vegetables were cold.
We found this strange and very disapointing
has they were all together under the hot plate.
We did not complain has it was very busy and difficult to talk to a member of staff without other customers hearing.
