I was happy with my Dobbies visit and got what I wanted to buy!

Not enough staff in the restaurant no takeaway cups or proper cups at the self service machine very long queues Staff were all very good just not enough of them

We bought a BBQ with help from Chani. Excellent service and quick delivery arranged. Chani offered good information and we were very happy with her service.

Visited Ayr store today. It was 15.20, and the hot food lights were turned off.
I asked why, and was told they stop serving at 3pm. There was enough food for at least 20 meals. After asking what happens to the food, I was told it goes into the bin. What a shocking situation. 😡😡😡

Robert in the plant department gave an excellent service. He took time to help us choose many plants and he made our shopping experience worthwhile and pleasurable.

I would have given it a 5 if it had not been for the service at the restaurant. I really think they need more staff. It might have been better if one of the servers had not been intent on showing a colleague something on her phone. It is a busy restaurant and therefore, in my opinion, I think more staff would help. I love going there because it has a pleasant atmosphere usually. Sorry for being so blunt.

I just always enjoy my days out to dobbies. Gardening is my favourite past time so when I'm in dobbies I get into my happy place , surrounded with plants and everything Gardening.
My favourite spot is the reduced plant section, I've had many bargains to look forward to the next year .

Needed guidance in selecting plants for our situation and found a willing and very helpful senior gardener working in store.

Staff very helpful, allways willing to answer any question. If you cannot find something they will take you to it. If they see you may be having a problem they will ask if they can help.
Good variety of things to bay for both house and garden.

Coffee was very poor. Decaf Latte didn’t taste like coffee at all. Was more like warm milk.

Friendly and helpful staff. I always make the 40mile round trip to get my pet food. Dobbies has an excellent range of foods and everything else your pet could possibly want or need. A lot of the brands Dobbies stock are impossible to get at local pet shops or supermarkets. They have a wide range of wildlife supplies too and everything is reasonably priced. All in all 10 out of 10 from me

Had a scrambled egg roll.served on a tiny plate so went on table, egg was luke warm and swimming in water. The plate and roll was cold & cost me 5 pounds.

Afternoon tea was lovely and plenty for three of us. Staff were helpful and arranged a box for us to take left over cakes home. Well worth the money.

I was able to rejoin Dobbies due to the excellent work of Gemma. A scam on my banking cancelled my Dobbies card. I was able to pay a years membership that day. I got a new card. The work of all the people in Dobbies in Ayr is very good.
