Visited to click and collect from Lakeland. Did also buy garden item and 2 birthday cards, good collection.

Mostly good but check out on a Saturday was terrible only 2 checkouts going so slow needs more especially at weekends

Afternoon tea very nice, had to queue for some time even though we had booked.

I visited Dobbies Cirencester recently with my two grandchildren. They liked the water features at the entrance dipping their hands in while passing. They enjoyed looking at the new hot tubs, and quite liked hiding in the garden buildings. They were keen to get into a gleaming new hot tub- but fortunately didn’t! Although I was interested in the lovely plants and flowers they were not particularly keen, and were more interested in the children’s play area, the children’s books and toys, especially the toy cars, and the fish in Maidenhead Aquatics.

The garden centre was quite quiet, presumably because many people are away on holiday, queues were short and we were able to rendezvous with parents and return them! We didn’t use restaurant for food, but I did enjoy a cappuccino on the outdoor terrace while they clambered on the play equipment nearby. I like the fact that dogs are welcome and all the dogs were on leads and under good control. They seemed friendly, waggy types, maybe taking their owners to the pet treats in the pet department.

The toilets were large, clean and smart and the children liked trying out the Dyson taps with hand dryers included.

First time using my Dobbies card , great idea and staff helpful setting it up for me . Good end of season discount on a giant garden cushion . Love shopping at Dobbies

I want to praise your staff at cirencester restaurant... i am disabled and have dietary issues. They
were so helpful from the start. Matt the chef made me an off the menu salad... and asked what i would like.. it came and was fantastic just what id asked for . He came out to speak to me several times to make sure he got it right ..
The staff went the extra mile !

Outing with two grandchildren (9 & 11) for breakfast with Granny. Firstly, we had a sample of a shrub which needed a name and were helped by a lady who gave us the answer to our query and a few more tips besides, (much appreciated). Then on to breakfast - were shown to our seats by a lovely lady who gave the children a great welcome when they arrived and when they left. Successful morning all round!

To be fair, I visited Cirencester Dobbies after the intense heatwave in July, so I could not really expect their usual range of ready-potted planters. However, having given up on those and opted to buy an orchid - I wanted a lovely gift for old friends - I was disappointed by the range available.

The plants bought seem very healthy and are doing well even though they seem very thirsty, must be something to do with the weather. I was hoping to buy shoes but the shoe shop had vanished.

Excellent service and value with Dobbies membership card.

Nice to be able to sit outside in the sun to enjoy our lunch and coffee and cake but separate ordering process for this from a different till was a bit complicated and odd!

We met up with family for breakfast.
Fast service, tasty food and excellent value.
Then a look around the store, always plenty of new bits and pieces.

We were looking for a suitable garden table and chairs and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful in guiding us through the process. Phil and Alan were very knowledgeable about the great variety of products, sizes and supplies.

There was no pushy sales talk, just realistic feedback and comparisons. From our decision to consider the purchase to actually buying the set we felt valued as customers.

Everytime we come specially for the cream scone offer and get there at 2pm when the offer is , they dont have any to sell. We do like the garden centre though. Lovely set out there and a bonus having sainsburys in store and lakeland next door.This was the Cirencester branch. EDITED Today 18/7 I went to the swindon store for the buy one get one free offer again. No cream scones again. Think i will give up.
