Great customer service and advice plants already planted and beginning to show new growth already, just not got the garden furniture in stock, not your fault but great advice about when it should be arriving

Well laid out wide range of outdoor and indoor plants, seeds and gardening tools, equipment and tools. Staff are friendly and helpful and recommend getting the Dobbies plus card to use in the restaurant.

For some reason we are not getting the discount vouchers through the post or email as Club members. Spent quite a bit the other day, only to find out on Facebook that there was a voucher for 20% off that we could have used. I would have thought the sales assistant would have asked if we had a voucher -I put a comment on the Facebook page but no-one came back to me.

As a garden centre there is great parking for disabled people and an accessible loo. The plants can be reached from a low level and the surface of the paths is smooth so easy to wheel on. Friendly staff, just wish they would tell you about offers

My last visit to the garden centre was not all that great. I managed to get the garden stuff I required thst was great, however we wanted to have lunch but the restaurant did not have what I and the wife wanted even though it was listed on the menu. A notice at the counter would have been good, we both left feeing disappointed.

The Gentleman who i asked for help was very good, happy, smiling cheerful, only to happy to help he said. The next time i went in i saw him. And he sai a very happy smiling Hello. The lady on the till was the same, happy, cheerful, chatty.
Its so lovely for staff to be this way, makes me want to go back there each time i want some garden items. Thank you

Entered store and went to restaurant. Long que to be served. After being served we went to sit down. There was no clean tables. This was about 3.30pm so well after lunch time. There were plenty of staff unfortunately no one was clearing the tables. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned. We were not the only ones. What I couldn't get was The staff were taking orders out to customers but not one decided to take any dirty dishes back with them to the kitchen. They just walked past them as if they were not bothered. This establishment has clearly went down since Dobbie's took over. We next went to plant section and I have to say it was not good at all. There were dying plants which were not even worth selling but still with top prices on them. Again Dobbie's are letting this garden centre down. The management need to have a good look as to how this garden centre is run. We won't be returning anytime soon.

At this present time Dobbies is our favourite garden centre. The whole experience of the garden centre, cafe and surrounding shops makes visiting a pleasure. The garden centre prices are very good and the quality of the stock is always high.

Again no decaf coffee. What a shambles. Will not be renewing membership.

Still very poor in the cafe. Advertising scones, brown toast. Yet again hadn’t got any.

After requesting from your customer team everything was sorted, lovely and understanding definitely recommend * * * * *

Service was good and relatively quick and the refreshments were good.

Lovely well organised garden centre. Restaurant is much better now food is delivered to tables. No waiting at the counter in long ques as before.

As part of the loyalty programme we regularly visited for breakfasts and choosing Dobbies above other local garden centres offering the same. It was a great place to take my ageing father with us. On the last TWO occasions we were told that there was no DECAFFEINATED COFFEE available to customers, however there is a SAINSBURY'S STORE within the premises selling decaf coffee, this was pointed out to staff. We will not be returning as the staff could offer no satisfactory explanation as to why they could not obtain this from their supermarket in store, or give alternative compensation. We are supposed to enjoy two complimentary coffees a month within the scheme - except we can't!

This garden centre is great, we've been going there for years, we would recommend the restaurant the food is great, and staff are really friendly.
The garden centre has had a refurb and now has a lovely range of goods, gifts, plants, and essentials. With a branch of Sainsburys as well.
Overall it's a great place to visit.

It appeared that the restaurant was having an 'off day'! Very limited choice, virtually no hot meals and short staffed.

Needs senior management to get a grip pronto!!
