Fantastic experience ,geat customer service from Jack

Needed to purchase some shrub enhancer before planting three recently purchased shrubs, and managed to locate it in store.

We arrived and decided to have coffee and a cake first which was very nice. Then we went outside to get a couple of saucers for some pots that we had. We then wanted some bird food which we found very easily and also some peanuts for the birds and squirrels. We then headed to the checkout and they opened up another one for us so we didn’t have to wait very long before we was heading out to our car

We had a very enjoyable experience with your staff, in particular Paula who tremendous in the help she gave us. Thank you to her.

Wonderful selection of outdoor plants in an array of colours. The plants are well cared for and reasonably priced.

Couldn’t find the plant I wanted but the coffee was good in the restaurant!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good selection of stuff at reasonable prices.

Bought a set of garden furniture reduced in sale,very pleased with it ,only disappointment was that having had to take from display,a further modest discount could not be offered considering how many people had parked their bums in it previously,but never the less happy with service at Dobbies as always and with quality of the product.

Really helpful , friendly staff who gave advice and explained all about the plants we were looking at ! Helpful staff at the till too , a really good experience , thank you .

Had a lovely meal in the restaurant, very helpful and friendly staff, and bought some lovely goods in the store and garden centre.

Not as good as other cafes not a very good selection of cakes and no water in any dog bowls but this time I did not have a lady telling me to bring my tray and cups and plates back in I thought that would be her job I would do that any way but it was the way she spoke to me not very good customer service

Intended to buy new plant pots. Due to my dexterity and arthritis wished to but plastic or recycled plastic which I hoped would be able to lift and could not see any to buy. Left straight away when normally I would browse - lost sales for Dobbies. Managed to get some at B&Q- sale for them. Cafe is poor compared to Dobbies at Ponteland.

A great selection of plants and always some good bargains - Alpines, buy one get one free, so I did !!

I came for some bedding plants which as a rule I buy before now but have just moved house. Dobbies always give good service with such lovely staff. I had breakfast in the cafeteria/restaurant it was lovely.

Good buy. Discount on the plant pots made a good shop. Excellent saving.

Its always lovely to visit Dobbies, the staff are always lovely and friendly. Everything they sell is always the best quality

No napkins in cafe but otherwise lovely coffee and scones, staff friendly and helpful

Lovely selection of seasonal plants and shrubs. Staff helpful when I needed advise and good service at checkout even when there was a slight technical issue with the till. Always a pleasant visit to this particular garden centre
