Always plenty of items to tempt you to buy when one arrives, but they are normally slightly out of my price range.

Nice food, good service

It is great to hold a Dobbies card as it gives so much more back in rewards.

Too much Christmas domination. Limited food options available in cafe

Ordered full breakfast only to find out there was a problem in the kitchen and fried egg was not available. Very disappointed, I had a refund as I don't like scrambled egg which was the only option. Very disappointed.

Been to rothley for coffee and yet again no staff dirty tables and a very long wait to get a coffee after waiting in queue for 25 mins we gave up .
This is not the first time this has happened in fact lost count every time we go it is the same will not be going again and I have cancelled .yclub card as it is a waste of time

Free drinks and a nice lunch. Dog friendly area to eat.

Lovely trip to the Dobbies Rothley Leicester Store today.

The Customer Service we received was yet again, exceptional.... Cafe assistant Kyesha was polite, cheerfull ,helpfull and showed geniune care by looking out for us in keeping our grandson happy by getting colouring supplies for him while he sat with us having our hot drinks....very assertive and caring!

Tina at the tills served us with friendliness, patience and calmness while I struggled to find a coupon email I had received. ...she was very understanding and showed kindness.
I really appreciated the efforts she showed in not making me feel rushed!

I wanted a sausage cob. Told that’s breakfast only menu. Offered sausage and chips with bread on side, with coffee. £18!! Came with instant. Gravy which was awful. Plonked on table with no hesitance. Appalling service and price for a sausage sandwich .Never again .

visited yesterday to take advantage of the 30% off Christmas items deal. I had read that Waitrose items were not included in the deal. I was interested in the Christmas Cakes which priced at £12.49 are not cheap, and i was discussing their good review with a member of staff who assured me anything on the Christmas food table was included in the 30% off deal. On checking my bill they were not included so three items cost £18. On speaking to the Store Manager to suggest the staff are made aware, the attitude was oh well, the deal is over now!

I like the store as it is clean, well equipped with a good variety of products. The staff are usually pleasant and helpful.

Lovely garden centre, staff are lovely, helpful & polite.
Cafe food was lovely.

Love to shop at Dobbies, especially with the Club card!!

We visited the rothley branch of the restaurant on Saturday 28th October, The restaurant is very understaffed closed the kitchen at 3pm because they had a Halloween party on but didn’t inform the customers until we got to the front of the line.

The driveway into Dobbies needs repairing it is so bad! Did not know the Dobbies card expired after a year! Staff were rude when I asked for my free coffees as I was unaware it had expired. Put me off don't think I will bother going again!

we always head for the restaurant for our 'free' coffees
with one of wonderful selection of cakes of course. Staff are so helpful and friendly. we enjoy a leisurely walk around again chatting to the staff even if they are busy they find time to help and advise. the staff at Rothley seem to enjoy their work too.

Not been to Dobbies in long time !
