Enjoyable time spent shopping for bulbs and tubers. Staff helpful and polite. Restaurant / food satisfactory. No complaints.

I have visited the restaurant several times and each time I am disappointed with the selection and quality of the food. Dobbies you need to up your game, there is a new garden centre opening beside you with an excellent restaurant, you are going to loose your customers to it. On a positive note I find the staff to be friendly and helpful in the garden centre and at the tills.

A fast improvement on the quality of the service and hot coffee since our previous visit, the staff were very friendly and helpful. This will make me want to return and hopefully this will continue during any further visits to the Lisburn Garden Centre.

One lady at the till .delivering food also ,while quite a queue waiting to pay. Flora only ,no butter available disappointing

Couldn’t find an assistant to help &advise us on buying a bird bath but did find a man as we approached the check out who advised us how to become a member
Fortunately our daughter was strong and was able to lift the bird bath and get it to the check out

Well planned Garden Centre with easy to follow layout, both inside & outdoors. However, we were unable to get the seed potatoes we wanted. None in stock due to import restrictions imposed in N Ireland. Many other establishments are purchasing hard to get items from local growers, so this msg be an idea to take onboard?

For some reason. There seems to me no frozen meals available in the food section now.

When I last visited your store I thought I'd use my birthday gift of two try bakes and drinks before they expired.The line of people waiting for service stretched from the till point,right along the serving counter and out into the store.I couldn't wait that long so my birthday gift is now lost as its expired.

A tiny selection of vegetable seeds (obviously old stock) and I specifically went because of your email offer on seed potatoes and was told it was now illegal to bring them from UK. You have had ages to source Irish or EU seed and seed potato suppliers.

I have been visiting Dobbies much less frequently as it is becoming a lifestyle store more and more and the garden centre is getting smaller each time I come. In future I will be finding other garden centres even though this store is my closest

Had coffee and scones enjoyed brought to table .staff very efficient and courteos. Restaurant very clean .Nice atmosphere Also bought some plants , pots and compost again very clean staff very helpful and efficient .We visit Dobbies regular also a pleasant experience 😀

We always enjoy visiting Dobbies, and look forward to seeing the Christmas displays.

As a Dobbies card holder I was emailed to tell me that seed potatoes and onion sets were now in store, but on arrival at Dobbies Lisburn I found that neither were available. However my wife and I enjoyed a good dinner in your restaurant and I picked up some choice plants, including a standard golden holly reduced from £90 to £30. My wife found several gifts and cards for family birthdays.

Very disappointing with the restaurant staff.Rude and unaccommodating.

Great place to shop and plenty of stock to chose from.

Have thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience at Dobbin’s…Staff have all been very pleasant and helpful…Thank you for such a beautiful spacious open area to shop in…..especially in these uncertain days..

Stephen in the plant section was absolutely brilliant. I can't get word's to explain how friendly and helpful he was, in helping us choose the right plants.

Enjoyed a coffee before buying bird seed. As usual the staff were very friendly and helpful.
