We enjoyed our visit to the garden…
We enjoyed our visit to the garden centre and coffee shop. All the food on offer looked very tempting and our convivial chat was unfortunately broken by two young boys screaming and running harum scarum around all the tables while the parents ignored them completely. We could obviously not interfere.I don't think staff can do anything about this either.
On the positive side all the plants looked really healthy!

This was a very quick visit this time
This was a very quick visit this time, buying only one thing, to make up numbers after our last visit. We found it very quickly as we had bought it before and knew where it was. The store is laid out well and it is obvious which way to go from the floor markings. Staff are on hand to assist if necessary.

Really disappointed by my trip to…
Really disappointed by my trip to Dobbies cafe today. Brought my elderly father and his partner who are both recovering from illness hoping for a nice outing. Served cold bacon on a roll and we were advised to go and heat it up in the microwave, only when i complained how unsatisfactory this is did we get offered fresh bacon. Service was poor with staff needing to improve their manners , a friendly smile goes a long way !

I rated this 5 star because this store…
I rated this 5 star because this store has a wide range of good quality products (none of which I have ever had to complain about); the staff are friendly, helpful but above all knowledgeable; the cafe/restaurant is clean with a good variety of fare on offer; and, speaking from a purely personal point of view it is ideally located for us.
If I have a minor quibble it is that the car park could do with a bit of TLC.
