As normal always a pleasant visit and helpful staff.

I always find Debbie's garden centres excellent. Staff are always very polite, very helpful and always give a warm and friendly welcome.

Lovely visit to Dobbies yesterday. Enjoyed coffee and a cake in the cafe, and a leisurely walk round the plants and gifts. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Found everything we came for and more!! We are regular visitors. Love Dobbies.

Very Disappointed

We wanted to order items indicated as being available on the website (conservatory furniture) - only to be told they are not available for sale and it was probably an error for them to be on the website.

We then wanted to order items marked as coming soon (positioned in a central spot as you walk through the door and by the checkouts) - only to be told we couldn't order and had to just keep checking when they became available.

We then wanted to purchase (impulse purchase) two sets of furniture. Only to be told there were none in stock at the store and we couldn't order.

What is the point of having promotion weekends when customers cannot have what you are displaying?

Dobbies is no longer my local garden centre and it may not now be my go-to garden centre. The food quality has deteriorated in recent years with long waits and lukewarm food so I am less inclined to visit. I think I will be cancelling my loyalty card.

I can say the staff were good natured despite our frustration, the same can be said for the restaurant staff, despite the queues they are having to manage.

My Dobbies visit was lovely as always. I found everything that I wanted and more with help from a member of staff when needed.

Lovely visit to Dobbies at Peterborough. Good quality plants and reasonable prices. I have a club plus membership so get extra discounts on certain items. They sent a free birthday treat for the restaurant so we had coffee and scones. The food is always good. Well worth a visit.

Although I was quite happy with my purchases I thought the service at the till was very poor. The young lady cashier didn't engage with me at all despite my soeaking to her. Dhe failed to add my bonus points & wandered away from the cash desk before I had even completed my packing. Not impressed at all. No social skills at all.

We went for breakfast on 12/05/22. Very satisfied with the service, food and price especially as I had a £5 voucher!

Always good to go around Dobbies although this time the Ladies toilets were closed due to maintenance - did they really need to close the whole approx. ten cubicles ? I think maybe they should have just shut of the ones that needed maintenance . The two disabled ones were already in use and there was a lady in front of me . I left and went over to the local Tesco only to find that they had opened the main ones up just after I had left !!
All this anxiety made me lose my vouchers at the time so not great but found the vouchers eventually in my pocket and will be back to use them soon - I hope .

Great store with wide variety of plants and other garden products / other products plus a nice restaurant.

Ive got what I wanted from Dobbies helpful and polite staff. Would recommend.

I love Dobbie's { Peterborough}and its my only go to garden Centre. I shop for my Garden, home and meet the girls for coffee and cake mornings where we also shop. My husband and I enjoy a Sunday morning browse and a coffee. I joined the Dobbie's Plus Club along with my friends. It made sense.
Now the biggest disappointment for me is that not even one coffee gets carried over for the next month. I could understand during lockdown that many drinks were carried over and that would be a loss, but for heavens sake not even one drink. The Scones!!!!! used to be so good, now they are dense and hard (definitely defrosted). What is happening here? Sainsbury's in the food hall is a huge mistake and I do not shop there now. You are letting yourselves down i'd say.
