Far too many items for sale without price tags. The amount of items we picked up that we were interested in buying but then could not find a price for was ridiculous, so we spent very little.

Your supplies need to be restocked more frequently, dog supplies are always non existent. More general stock on dog food, not breed type food. Mini, medium and large dog food needs to be stocked regularly. It’s always out of stock, twice in the last two weeks I’ve had a wasted journey, I’ll just purchase from a specialist pet feed store.

had a free snack & coffee with club card because of birthday would of given 5 stars but other prices still rather high.

They now have a cream scone with jam on the menu at a great price

Having bought a number of plants I offered my reward for 100 points because I had spent the required amount. When we got home I realised despite the cashier sopping my reward I had not been awarded my 100 points.

We went to the garden centre to return a bird bath which stopped working after few months. We had a wonderful experience there and I feel obliged to write a 5 stars feedback and to tell people about the service. The manager in particular, Charlotte and the two ladies Michelle and Claire were also very helpful.

It is always a pleasure to visit Dobbies. Excellent range of products. However, on this occasion, the restaurant let me down. I had scrambled egg on toast, which was disgusting, really dry and overcooked, with black bits in it. I couldn’t eat it. I should have taken it back. I wish I had.

A visit to the restaurant this morning left us feeling very unhappy. The two staff serving were very helpful and friendly. We ordered a poached egg and toast and sat down to wait. After 30 minutes the food arrived - and not poached eggs. We asked for a refund and the very helpful counter staff went to arrange it. After another wait, we heard shouting in the kitchen and the girl came out distraught and sobbing.
Come on Dobbies, harassment in the workplace is not acceptable.

I purchased a fleece from Regatta online. Unfortunately the fleece was not to my liking and I decided to return the item to Regatta through Doddies Rugby. Doddies customer assistant, Matthew, to be fair was a little confused regarding the Regatta returns process but with the help of customer assistant Michelle the issue was resolved in a good natured way. Both Matthew and Michelle went above and beyond,were customer focused and worked in a professional manner. Well done Guys.
