Very disappointing
Queued from 12-12.30pm for a Xmas lunch. No cranberry sauce, no pigs in blankets, no apology and poor staff attitude! Lady walked off in the midst of serving, doesn’t seem like enough staff available? Those working were very slow and all looked as miserable as sin. Walked out and went elsewhere…will not be returning.

No 30% discount as offered
Drove 10 miles to Shepton Mallet to visit Dobbies.
Having been offered 30% discount on everything in store filled trolley with plants,bulbs,fertiliser etc proceeded to till ,people in front of me were told to produce bar code on phone for discount no bar code on phone we’re told no discount allowed on checking my phone no barcode was told that no barcode no discount drove 10 miles to get home later that day checked phone and barcode appeared on phone what a waste of petrol ,time and inconvenience will not be using Dobbies garden centres ever again

Love going to Dobbies
Love going to Dobbies, have our free coffee for the month with Dobbies club card. Had lunch today lasagne and chips, delicious 20% off shopping today so bought a couple of presents with good saving.

The garden centre was fine
The garden centre was fine, but repeatedly the cafe experience was so slow. One person making drinks who then serves on the till. It was epically slow for just 2 hot chocolates...However, I do enjoy the perks of being a Dobbies member, so at least they were free!

Helpfulness
We interrupted a member of staff busy sweeping to ask the whereabouts of a hotbin computer. He not only showed us where it was, but also found the base (and checked to make sure it was OK as the box was open) but offered to carry it to the till for us. All with a smile!
