Blood test report unaccessible
Recently i did blood test after consulting GP via doctoranytime. Doctor mentioned i will be informed about reports. i asked her with what medium, to which she wasnt clear how but said i will be informed and i do not need to follow up. Its been 2 months, i dont see any information on email/sms about blood test results. I dont see how can i check/ question about blood test reports on doctoranytime. Doctor has linked her whatsapp which is unresponsive.

Disappointing
Update : doctoranytime, I see you replied saying to contact you. I already sent you multiple emails and called you many times. The reply was always the same, "you should contact the practitioner, we can't do it". It seems you are just looking for cheap advertising, not for real solutions.
It's a very good platform to take appointments until you start to have problems. It's been more than 2 months that I have been waiting for a refund after a practitioner didn't give me the change and refused to see or talk to me, plus they did nothing when I told them a practitioner didn't exist (I booked with a woman and at the cabinet I was welcomed by two men). They don't take complains seriously

When it works, everything is fine. Their support is awful
The platform always has technical issues, but when it works, I do enjoy using it.
Their Customer Support though, is abysmal. Their agents are rude, and never check your case. They just send you a generic response without actually checking your account, which I doubt they can’t do in order to tailor their response to you. It is only after you reply, that they have the audacity to reprimand you for not providing information that they never asked from you.

I love this well thought-out online service. I can find the site easily with search engines and find my doctor's name easily on the site. I was impressed by her professionalism and her ability to explain my daughter's medical condition clearly and simply. You can tell she loves her job and truly cares about the well-being of her little patients.
My daughter always comfortable during visits, thanks to the doctor's gentle and reassuring approach. My daughter loves they can speak Italian! Also, the office is welcoming and well-organized.
I highly recommend Dr. d'Arpa to all mothers in Brussels looking for a competent and caring pediatrician. A true point of reference for our children's health!

Forgetting to conform/validate
I sometimes forget to validate my request as I am stressed and then I lose the appointment or arrive at the Doctor's cab without an RV.
Please improve the site's user interface by including a visual reminder, for older people's benefit.
