Shocking cutomer service...............
I have purchased many times from this company. They always send you a link to leave a review on TRUSTED SHOPS. I have recently done that after a shocking customer service experience. The response from Dr. Fox was a disgrace. I advised that the product I required was in stock according to THEIR website. It was available in 84 tablet boxes. I always purchase 168 tablets and they send 2 boxes of 84. They refused an order for 168 tablets. I ordered an unbranded product of the same tablet and received 168 tablets. They responded to my review stating the product was unavailable. BLATANT LIE. Royal Mail issued an email at 21.22 hours on Monday 03 August 2026 stating the delivery would be on the 04 August between 12.40 pm and 03.40 pm. The delivery never arrived. A WASTE OF MY TIME. Royal Mail then issued another email at 08.38 hours on the 05 August stating the delivery would between 12.40 pm and 03.40 pm on the 05 August 2026. Dr.Fox did not even read this or if they did they were just rude and direspectful. They stated Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour deliveries can take upto 3 days. This was not what I complained about. What is stated was that the DELIVERY WAS 24 HOURS LATER THAN THE TRACKING INFORMATION STATED IT WOULD BE. A TOTALLY DIFFERENT SITUATION. I never mentioned that you should receive a delivery in 24 hours when you have paid for it, MANY PEOPLE WOULD.
Nameless, faceless arrogant employees should not be allowed to be rude and show no respect to clients. Tony Steele needs to get his house in order.
