Literally No Customer Service.

Recently started carnivore and Dr.Kiltz is highly praised on youtube. I heard about how important it is to eat organs and if you cant eat them get some supplements. I placed my order on Dr.Kiltz website. Didnt hear a word from them after purchase after 5 days I emailed them asking when they are going to ship my order. 2 days after that I emailed them again. They never got back to me. I had to file a claim with PayPal. Dr.Kiltz may be a good Doctor but he dont know how to run a business because customer service is huge and its non existent at this company. Save the frustration and stay away from this company. I will continue getting my supplements from Ancestral Supplements.
