Came to Dr Nyla a couple of years ago as I just wanted to have really clear complexion and have really firm tight skin I didn’t want anything invasive and I know she is the Queen of the natural log. It’s really important to me that I just look like myself and I look natural

Dr Nyla has given me an amazing complexion and she’s done some fantastic facials and I can honestly say that I feel like it’s definitely worth every penny you spend she’s definitely not the cheapest but she is 100% the best and the nicest

I’ve also since had nurse Debbie and she is equally just as lovely in fact to be fair I think it’s a prerequisite for Medi spa but you have to be a really nice person to work there because it’s true so true everybody is so lovely! Thanks to the team here they are great

I am wondering why the figure for review sources in the company activity section has been amended. There were a number of reviews that clearly stated reviews had been ‘invited’. This was evidenced in the company activity section which has now changed to suggest only 1 reviewer was invited which is factually incorrect. Maybe trust pilot or the clinic can comment on this post to explain why?

I have previously written a review ( a negative one ) it appears to have been taken down . Would not recommend,, felt pressured to sign up right away , no thinking time or cooling off period and no clear explanation of treatments. Spent £6700 on a course of skin tightening and lifting treatments ( ultracel and Btl exelis ) recommended by the Dr, has made not a jot of difference , feel conned , very overpriced also . So disappointed.

Fantastic experience very professional always very welcoming, safe and secure with all the latest technology. Just had my second Morpheus 8 session, very happy indeed, results even from my first session were amazing.. will return as soon I can, which is Friday for a different treatment ☺️. Rock on ! I visited the Crosby clinic at the beginning of may, I have been having skin tightening, Microneedling and envy facial and my skin has massively improved. I couldn’t recommend the clinic enough. I have had various treatments at medispa Cheshire. Dr nyla is fantastic and recommends the best treatment based of my concerns. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I visited the Mayfair Clinic for Coolsculpting and the Dr Nyla Transformation Facelift. I am absolutely over the moon with the results. I have suffered with ageing skin for so long and excess fat on my stomach area. I was recommended two fantastic treatments which have worked so well. I will be visiting for more treatments soon with my friend who i recommended. I am so thankful for Dr Nyla and her wonderful Clinic

Amazing clinic had skin tightening treatment and results are fabulous highly recommend it . Also fillers and Botox so natural . Really wouldn’t go anywhere else . Staff and aftercare is so good beautiful staff.

Can not recommend enough! As a man I was slightly anxious entering the clinic but was made to feel comfortable right away with highly professional service and amazing customer service. The clinic itself is beautifully and tastefully done and the service provided was 10/10. Great staff, highly knowledgeable and left feeling great and with some amazing skin care products. Would not go anywhere else, recommend highly for anyone looking to enhance their appearance and leave feeling better than when you came.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. If I could give 0 stars I could. I had a tear trough filler appointment booked here in March. When I arrived to the appointment, I was surprised to see that she would not be doing the procedure herself, instead by another unknown doctor who is mentioned no where on the website (Dr V). I went ahead with the procedure, and as I have had tear trough filler done previously at another company, I could immediately tell that the procedure did not feel the same. Immediately after my eyes were immediately puffy; not the normal level of puffiness I was used to - but insane swelling that straigthaway told me that way too much filler was added. I was told this would go down in a few days, but after two weeks my eyes were the same. Thankfully Dr V allowed me to have some of the filler dissolved after two weeks complimentary (they made it seem like they were doing me a favour to correct a mistake on their part) but this still did not get rid of the over swelling. What is concerning is that Dr V’s medical details are not to be found anywhere on the company website, or anywhere else online in fact. It really seemed as if he were doing trial and error on my eyes, because after two attempts my eyes are still botched. This has really impacted my self confidence, and my eyes look 10x worse than before I had even gone through with the procedure. I have asked for a refund several times but they have refused and are now point blank ignoring my messages. This is upsetting as I'm not asking for a refund because I've changed my mind; I'm asking for one as the job was done incorrectly. I cannot urge you enough - do not book here.

The consultation was very rushed, the sort of "you need this and that, give me your money and go". While in the room, Dr Nyla kept checking messages on her phone and responding to some. I found it highly unprofessional. It all felt like an audience with the Queen rather than attending a consultation appointment. For obvious reasons I decided not to proceed.

I had the CoolSculpting and Elite Skin Tightening to my stomach area on the advice of Dr Nyla. I was very very pleased with my results. Would definitely recommend, especially on that stubborn midriff which no amount of sit-ups could ever remove. My results are fantastic, as were all the staff that looked after me during my time at the Cheshire clinic. Thanks for giving me my confidence back. Cheryl

I just want to say thank you to all the lovely staff today. I had a wonderful treatment for the ultracel Q, the practitioner was so chatty and friendly I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name and then Debbie was wonderful doing my Botox - what a gorgeous woman (inside and out) to talk to. Thank you Dr Nyla as well who was so kind and reassuring.I feel like she really understood what I wanted to achieve. I’ve always been so self conscious about my lack of jaw and hopefully I’ll see results soon from the ultracel. More treatments to follow!

I came to Doctor Nyla after feeling down about the way I look for far too long, Doctor Nyla knew the best treatments to recommend for my concerns. I now have a treatment plan in place and have already seen such a big difference already!

I came to Medispa last August due to concerns about age lines on my face especially my forehead. I was interested in fillers, however the nurse said before they do any fillers that the skin should be tightened and recommended the BTL Exilis treatment. I was told a maximum of 6 sessions would be needed and that other patients have had excellent results and it would greatly improve my forehead lines.

I decided to go ahead and at each session I was asked if my skin felt better. It never did and I was reassured that it takes time. After 6 sessions I have now waited four months and cannot see any improvement whatsoever! My skin is not refreshed, my lines are still as visible as before treatment and the only difference is I am now out of pocket by £1500.

I sent three emails to different people at Medispa to let them know how dissatisfied I was with the treatment and not a single person has replied.

I would not recommend this treatment to anyone as it simply does not work.

Great service from staff who were lovely. Cool sculpting - the procedure itself was a waste of money - made absolutely no difference. Eating less and exercise are really the only way to lose fat I reckon ( unless you go for more invasive lipo and tummy tuck. I’ve learnt my lesson.

Look no further, Dr Nyla and Team are super talented and skilled. So pleased with my results, which has given me a brand new confidence. Every time I have been the service has been exceptional - Nyla very knowledgeable and so kind, Nurse Debbie a real diamond. Would go no where else. Felt right at home, thrilled I met them all :)
