Scooter works really well outside of any path that has any small amount of debris. Our local paved park paths can't be used as the leaves collect against the wheel / break and it stops working.

It was amazing. I managed to get my scooter fixed for a good price and they threw in a little gift for me. 10/10 experience would definitely come again. It was the Holloway road branch should come check it out

Responded well to fix the delivery.

After 3 months of waiting for a email I have sent explaining my experience in regards to faulty product I have received no communication. My scooter is still stuck in thier wembley shop . I have contacted Finchley store and been assisted by Adam. I have explain what has happened to me and he admitted that there is definitely fault with the product and he would help me to solve it . The same day Adam send me WhatsApp on my personal number . He said he will make sure to get this solved. Instead of doing so he started to FLIRT WITH ME. He would ask me personal questions and offered to take me out as he wants to get to know me .
This is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. At this point I will be taking legal actions,

Come next day even tho i didn’t pay for next day delivery so that was a bonus. Good
Communication threw out the order defo recommended

No delivery ever made, tried to contact for a refund, both times phone was disconnected by supplier. Still waiting for the refund.

Now June 12; still no refund.

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is all screws wasn't tightened and brakes was rubbing

The bike I bought had issues from the first day, and eventually the problem with battery got worse. I went the Brent Cross branch and they said battery should be repaired, I paid the fee and they repaired it.
On the second day the baterry cut off and didnt work again. I had to carry the bike all the way and I have herniated lumbar disc.

I requested return and office told me that they need to check the bike, I went Brent Cross branch again, waited two weeks for the engineers answer. Then they said its repaired and I can collect it in three days. They are relocating so if I dont collect in three days THEY WILL THROW AWAY MY BIKE.
Thats how you value a customer. I did not ask for the repair, but you did not listen, I can understand it but a company like this should not say that they will throw away your bike, especially when the customer is not happy with the product nor service.

Paid for next day delivery didn't arrive till a week later was told I would be reimbursed, I am still waiting

The service and repair was excellent, replaced my front Scooter tyre to solid one within 30 mins of arriving very quick and experienced Scooter repair specialist. Highly recommended for any Scooter related or ebike issues.

I went to the Finchley Road doctor scooter. I had a enquiry about my electric bike. I was greeting by a employee by the name of adam. He was very attentive to my needs and helped me throughly. Gave me honest recommendations. I will definitely be coming back to the store with my children to purchase the scooter adam had recommended to me.

The scooter i bought from them has stopped working in less than 4 months
when i came back with my warranty they didn't want to fix it for no reason🤷🏽‍♂️

They don't accept the guarantee if you buy from them and you come back with any electronic or battery problem they will tell you that you have touched it with water or for driving badly

What a joke.i thought being Doctor they could fix my scooter.4months later after many calls and being told its nearly done they didn't do it.how I received my scooter back was absolutely awful. To return it back to me worse than it went in is appalling.

Absolute thieves I brought my gold scooter from them last year a month after purchase I took it back and told them something was wrong with it as it keeps turning off then having to leave it off for about 5 minutes before it will come back on and was told oh not sure why it might be over heating I said after 20min? And was told to keep an eye on it anymore problems bring it back and I did bring it back another 2 times was told nothing wrong with it so kept dealing with the issue and now taking it to swiss-cottage shop because was on a ride it did the same thing but now it won't come back on and they trying to tell me battery is gone and its £699 to fix it.
Went into the shop asked for the manager because no way am I paying for a new battery I have been telling them from the start something was wrong with it.

It's a £2.500 scooter had a year and a lil bit and had so many problems with the battery and other bits from the start. They are saying they can't do anything about it I told them I will take them to court if they don't sort it and they have said I have to wait until Monday to speak to manager so will update this once I speak to him ridiculous I have to wait all week to speak to someone.
