Update: We've investigated and found that this is in relation to order no. 19653. We do apologize for the delay as we were expecting the products by the 15th but have experienced severe delays from China due to their new year's celebrations. We have managed to secure a scooter within the UK and will call shortly to make arrangement for delivery.

Walked in In the Swiss Cottage store to get my boy Electric Scooter, Hes 10 years old and we got him the KIMI Scooter for kids hes so happy with it!!
There service was brilliant I also upgraded my scooter with Solid tyres and there grate and was very quick

First I would like to say thank you to doctor scooter for the service but not for the delivery of DPD absolutely a nightmare i paid for next day delivery which was supposed to be with me on Thursday but to my surprise it wasn’t instead I had to travel 5 miles to pick my parcel up from a shop DPD said they sent it to the shop because nobody was home which of course was a lie because we waited all day for this delivery as it was important checked cctv to make sure nobody called and there was nobody at all knocked on the door or drove down our street so not very happy with their service and when I picked the parcel up from the shop they also said there’s been a lot of complaints about their service they telling people they knocked on their doors and none of it is true.So not good for businesses a better company is needed.
