Quite disappointed ordered a g2 pro while ago been in for related over half time I’ve owned it refused to believe it was faulty caused me injury and the finally changed the motor for the courier company they use (dhl) to loose it and for them to then say they’ve put a claims case in that I’d get the option of a refund or new scooter dhl then found the scooter delivered it after two months and they where not gonna offer me any compensation until I pushed for it finally settled on 100 pound for my wait then opened the scooter for it to be completely broken now not offering a refund and only saying they’ll supply me with new scooter witch now I don’t need and don’t want to ride as I have fear this one will also be faulty and will cause me injury I’d recommend not using this company unless u live local as they’ve been quite difficult

I went to doctor scooter to get my reflectors replaced and the back of my scooter fixed as it was broken I was assisted by josh he was very kind and polite and fixed my scooter in minutes.

Ordered the scooter received it the next day it arrived well packed,the scooter is as seen on the website very good overall

This store is very good! I like all the employees that work there very passionate about their job and they know what their talking about! which is what I like to see at doctor scooters, they are all helpful and give advice from; equipment, parts and many more! This store always has something for anyone!! Each time I go there! There is always something new! And I wish this company all the best for the future!!!
