"Samantha Michaels looked after our Bichon one weekend. She Mickey muzzled our dog and caused her to over heat, she died as a result. We never received as much as an apology. I can only urge any dog owner not to leave your dog with this company. Fluffy was a rescue dog and only two years at the time, my daughters still cry about her loss almost 2 years on."

The vet that tried to save her in West Hampstead, told us in the 20+ years of doing the job he's never seen a dog with such a high temperature. She died in the cruelest of ways.

This was one of the worst experiences getting our dog's hair cut ever! The woman was incredibly rude to us, overcharged us and handled our dog incredibly roughly. When we complained we got a torrent of abuse from her.

Avoid this terrible business.
