Good product but not great customer service. I emailed in asking some product questions but never received a reply which was disappointing.

Product OK, Let down in other ways
Happy with the product, a little disappointed to have to pay for another full kit as well as the original full kit we purchased, because on the occasions we tried to purchase the collar by itself, they were never available, now we have two remotes as well ????

Recieved the item fine
Recieved the item fine, a little disappointed that the box did not come with the instruction manual, but we made do with Google and such to figure the rest of it out.
