We have got our 2 extra large dog beds from this company. Fantastic service from start to finish. The irish setters love thier beds. We then got 2 of the dog robes - amazing. These are the best dog robes ever. To keep spirits high, we then brought our crate bed and cover for our newest addition. Super fast delivery and timely emails. Honestly such a lovely company to deal with. I've read the other reviews, but in the last 12 months, we have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. Would recommend over and over....quality over qty.

Will not use again
I've ordered a dog bed over a month ago with no updates, contact or delivery of bed. I have emailed several times. There is also no apparent phone number to contact.

Ordered two dog beds in early January. Not delivered and no response to emails and messaging .
March 2023
When the beds did arrive the company was very apologetic and sent free gift to apologise . The beds are actually very good and withstand two working springers .

Ordered a dog bed on 31st December and heard nothing. Chased up a couple of weeks later and was promised it would be sent out in 1 or 2 days. Since then I have heard nothing. No response to emails at all. I have now raised this with PayPal in order to get a refund. Worst company I have dealt with. Avoid at all costs.
I have tried repeatedly to get a response but to no avail.
Update. They responded to PayPal and I have since received the dog bed. Interestingly it was sent direct from the supplier. I never received any contact from Dogsdogsdogs. In all it took 6 weeks and the intervention of PayPal The bed seems very good quality.

Ordered a dog bed at the beginning of December. Nothing was dispatched or arrived so I chased them a couple weeks later to see if it would arrive before Christmas. At this point they promptly replied & explained they'd had stock issues but were expecting stock a week later & would ship it out next day when it was in, which I thought fair enough.
This did not happen & haven't heard anything from them since. I've chased several times over email, requested a refund & heard nothing. I paid with PayPal so raised it there, they haven't responded to that so it's been escalated.
Don't bother ordering with them, it's not worth the hassle but if you do - make sure you pay with PayPal!

Dreadful company... ordered 6weeks ago contacted them several times ask where my order was and didn't reply once... lucky enough I paid with PayPal I opened up a invitation case and PayPal found in my favour....
"They didn't even reply to PayPal"..
So avoid at all costs and if you paid with PayPal open a case right now .
Dreadful company to deal with. I also ordered a waterproof dog bed, had no confirmation of my order and had to phone. I spoke to someone on a mobile who told me they were all out on a day out.
My dog bed still hadn't shipped after a week, so I had to find one elsewhere as this was urgent. I am still getting nowhere demanding a cancellation of this order and a refund - before they've even fulfilled it!
Absolutely AVOID this company, I found the very same dog bed and had it delivered within 2 days from doggie solutions instead!
I ordered a dog bed 4 weeks ago, the website showed that it was in stock and deliveries would be 1-2 days. I have still not received it. I have emailed the company twice, once to ask for an expected delivery date and the second time for a refund. The company has not replied to either request. Absolutely appalling service.
Really really disappointed with our dogs bed. We bought two of the waterproof dog beds specifically because you claim they are waterproof. They’re not. Our elderly dog has wet one of the beds several times now and it’s soaked right through. Despite repeated washing with the shower as an alternative to the hose as recommended (we’ve had a hosepipe ban) the bed smells terrible and we’ve been unable to get rid of the smell. You are making claims that are false and despite me trying to contact you by email twice I’ve had zero response which is why I’m submitting a review. Really regret spending the money on 2 of the heavy duty waterproof beds.

£550+ spent with dogs dogs dogs and we still dont have the dog beds...We ordered 3 beds. They took ages to arrive. Unfortunately they were too big. So we returned them via Yodel. We have yet to receive a refund - this was quite some time ago. Having spoken to Rupert (@dogsdogsdogs) we ordered 3 smaller beds. These have still not arrived. We have called, emailed and messaged - no response from Dogsdogsdogs and they still have >£550 of our money - very poor service - hope refunds and beds turn up soon - I would never use this company again
Horrible experience
I ordered a bed. They forgot to ship it for 10 days. I emailed to ask about this and in fairness, they shipped it that day. However, DPD messed about with the parcel for a further week. I contacted ‘dogsdogsdogs’ about this and they ignored my email. I emailed again - ignored again. A few weeks after the initial order I am still out of pocket for a bed which I do not have and of which nobody knows the whereabouts. Poor customer service - lazy and not willing to help.
I'm not one to bash on companies, times have been hard recently but it doesn't excuse poor customer service. Being a business owner myself I know how important it is to do your best to keep customers happy, and informed of updates on their orders.
I first ordered a dog bed from DogsDogsDogs on 12th Feb 2022. This was during the awful storms we were having so understandably, there were going to be delays in shipping etc. 18th Feb, still no update so I emailed for an update and got a call from the company to explain the issues, which I accepted, due to the weather. On the 20th I emailed to explain we were returning our dog due to a few issues, and they refunded the order promptly which was great.
Fast forward to 13th March - we decided to give our dog more time to settle so I re-ordered the same bed. 21st March, still no order update, so I contact using Live Chat. Rupert tried calling to explain the issue which I appreciate but at the time I wasn't able to answer the call and I was on live chat anyway. I was told, "it appears a batch of orders have been missed from 10 days ago - yours being one of them - it will be sent out tomorrow to be with you on weds. I am so sorry for the delay". The text DPD sent later in the day said it will actually arrive on Thursday...
Overall, a poor experience regretfully. 2 separate orders, both with different issues. Things do happen, but keeping customers in the dark on their orders isn't a great experience or service.
