Dreadful customer service and truly intimidating if you have a sweet natured and placid dog. Our gentle cockapoo was repeatedly bitten and troubled by another dog and his extremely aggressive owner. Despite our complaints and our patience (we waited over one month and had to chase up complaints repeatedly), the staff were clearly unconcerned. We paid for one year's membership, but it seems once they have pocketed your money they don't give a fig what you or your dog have to put up with! Wont be visiting again and would strongly suggest that the local park is healthier (and safer) option for you and your dog!

This is the first time I've gone so far as adding a website to trust pilot, because I'm so incensed by the service we received. If you are looking for a caring and safe environment to take your dog, let me be frank - this is not it.

Our dog was harassed and bitten, we were threatened physically by one crazy owner, and the staff - who were on hand at the time - did nothing about it, and have continued to do nothing about it ever since. They seem to be in it for the money and dont seem to care about the animals or their owners.
