THEY ARE SCAM! The product quality is as not as expected. When I asked them for refund, they charged around $10 for return shipment. It has been months and I haven’t received my refund yet.

POTENTIAL SCAM
Four days after my order I was told the item was sold out & was provided a list of styles I could choose instead. I provided my alternate which was also sold out. I provided my third choice and have not heard back since then. I’ve emailed 4 times without reply. I’m on day 11 since my order and it’s complete silence. At this juncture I believe this is a scam site.

We ordered item for the crib
We ordered item for the crib , right after the order we found address was wrong. We called the their phone number, but no answer, we left voicemail. And immediately we sent them an email with request to update delivery address.
They replied couple days later via email that they will try to update the address, but item was delivered in 14 days to wrong address. They are not professional and very bad in communication
