Terrible company! Worst wig ever, wig tore in half on the first day and I have been wearing wigs for over 15 years. The hair sheds soo much. Please avoid these rogues! Wish I saw the reviews before spending over 500 usd for trash!!

I received my wig and it's nothing that I asked for. I paid more money for the 16 inches and to have an elastic band sewn in. What I got was a 10inch wig. I contacted the seller immediately via email as policy stated. No response then I filed a dispute online and still no response. Then I sent a text message through whats app. All the seller kept saying is that they would get back to me. When she finally got back to me she was so rude she told me I was supposed to stretch the hair out. Why would I stretch the hair out if this is the wig I'm trying to return. I'm not a fool if I did that I wouldn't have gotten my money. I paid more for length and elastic band and neither one is what I got. Please don't buy from this rude fool. Save your money.

I received my wig and did not like that it had short hairs mixed in with it. I requested to return the wig based on the satisfaction policy but was ignored and then lied to that a return address would be sent to me for a refund. If you buy from Dolagp, they will NOT accept a return or address a dispute with their products. I now have to file a case with the Better Business Bureau.

This company is a scam, like most other wig companies. They used the same excuses I have heard from others, that they are on holiday or that they can not make a refund for some reason. They sent me a wig that was completely wrong, wrong size, wrong color, wrong length, wrong density and it cheaply made, sheds like crazy, plus it was not even the correct cap style. I ordered a glue down wig and they sent me a gluess. The wig is useless to me. I spent weeks reaching out to the company and I was completely ignored. Eventually I was able to speak with someone through WhatsApp and she admitted to me that they had made a mistake and sent me the wrong wig, after I sent them pictures to prove it, but still refused a return or refund. They wouldn’t even send me a replacement of the wig I actually ordered. So instead of allowing me to make a return or even and exchange, she just started ignoring me as well to save herself from getting in trouble. After many failed attempts at online purchases, I have realized these companies all work the same to scam Americans because they know there is probably nothing we can do. I would suggest only buying wigs from a local reputable wig boutique, even if it’s not in the city you live in they will usually ship it. The cost is more but in what I have wasted in this cheap stuff online I could have had multiple high quality wigs as well. Do not buy from this company! They should have fixed their own mistake.
