I was so nervous for my first appointment as I had never had my hair professionally done before, but the moment I walked into the salon everyone is beyond friendly & welcoming (& the prettiest place/people ever).

I hadn't realised how bad condition my hair was in to begin with in 2020, but Faye was so so amazing & also realistic to make sure my hair wouldn't become more damaged! I am so lucky I came to her than another salon as I'm sure they would of just taken my money & ran! She transformed my hair into my literal dream hair and it is so much healthier and how I have always wanted it to look! You couldn't get a more lovely person if you tried, the appointment time flies by without realising! I commute back to Chester from uni every time as I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

Couldn't recommend her or the salon anymore as every penny is worth it for the doll experience <3

For any Makeup appointments Katie MC at Doll is your Gal. I have been coming to Doll for years now and I always leave feeling amazing. Katie will always make you feel so welcome and listen to what you are looking to achieve with your look. In all honesty I never go in with a picture I only have to tell her where I am going and wearing and my makeup will always be 100%. Its a real treat to visit the Salon you will not be disappointed!

i loved how my hair turned out, and the hair dye hasn’t damaged my hair at all. However the prices are so so expensive!

I have been going to Faye since I was at uni in 2018 and I’m still going to her now even though I live 250 miles away. She is so friendly, funny and makes you feel very comfortable. I have always been happy with how she does my hair and I have come back to her after have a few bad jobs back at home. She is very good at what she does and her balayages are always stunning. I will always highly recommend her.

Faye is one of the most gorgeous, professional and kind hair stylists I’ve ever met. Makes you leave the salon feeling 10/10 - highly recommend!

Ive had THE BEST Full body massage and Reflexology with Sandra today.
Following a couple of weeks of continuous stress and working myself into the ground, I decided to treat myself to a pamper.
Well I can't tell you how absolutely chilled and relaxed I feel following my appointment. My back and neck feel released again and I am no longer using my shoulders as earmuffs.
I feel like a new woman, and the reflexology on my feet is a first, I didn't know how much it can help with the overall body wellbeing!
The knowledge and welcoming treatment provided by Sandra at Doll was just amazing. I will be booking in on a regular basis from now on.

I have been going to Georgina at Doll beauty to get BIAB on my nails done since August. I was very nervous at first but Gee made me feel at ease from the minute I arrived and I look forward to seeing her at each appointment. She is amazingly talented, so creative and nothing is too much trouble. Georgina is a perfectionist and I always get compliments about my nails.

I always get my nails done with Georgina & have done for ages, she gets it right every time and I’m always obsessed with them!! She’s a perfectionist and I love it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else 😍

Emilie very talented and always makes my hair look wonderful! I always feel welcome and comfortable in the beautiful salon! My favourite salon to visit by far!

Before my visit I was made to have a patch test. There was no negotiation with this which showed just how professional they are.
Entering the salon I had a big welcome smile from Dan the owner who immediately made me feel at ease about my nerves in moving to a new salon for my colour. I was offered a drink and my coat was taken, sat down quickly and discussed my hair straight away with Emilie.
The vibe and buzz in the salon is fantastic, everything is so glossy and well kept; I felt extremely ugly going in 😂
Emilie coloured and cut my hair to perfection, literally exactly how I wanted it. My hair was soft and glossy and styled beautifully.
The girls in the salon were super busy and the buzz and atmosphere was so addictive I could have stayed there all day (if I could) and just had treatment after treatment. The decor is beaut, the bathroom is stunning, even the matching toilet roll holder in gold 😂 details like that don’t go unmissed by me 👌🏼
Dani the owner couldn’t have been anymore attentive, looking after everyone with drinks etc and making reels for insta which really showed off what these girls do.
Emilie made me feel confident she knew what she was doing throughout the whole process and kept me up to date with what she was doing at each step. The hair wash wasn’t uncomfortable on the neck, the water was perfect temp, I even had a mini head massage and all products smelt lovely.
Really happy with my hair and I’ve even booked in for my makeup done towards Xmas. I can’t wait to come back and take some beauty inspo from all the gorgeous girlies there!

Forgot to mention, I did come here for the first time for my hair styled back in June for my sisters wedding with Laura Verity. She literally did my hair exactly how I wanted and I shall be returning for my hair styled by Laura again too! She did a fantastic job, thank you so much. The only reason I returned with Emilie for a colour is due to the kind of colours she had been using on her clients recently, which fit with what I wanted so it made sense to book with her. However, it’s I’m glad that there are more stylists there I would trust with my hair. There really are some talented girls xx

I’ve Been getting my nails done here for over a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else, I’m so indecisive when it comes to what to get and Roya is incredible I always get so many compliments about my nails after I’ve had them done! couldn’t recommend more! 💖

I have my nails done at Doll every 3 weeks and wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. When I first arrived at Doll after years and years of dodgy acrylics my natural nails were in an appalling condition. Georgina presented me with the BIAB option, which over time has helped my natural nails to become strong, healthy and looking really great. Georgina is both incredibly professional and friendly, but also is amazing at nail art & creativity - meaning that every 3 weeks my nails look totally different and are often admired by others.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my makeup except Doll, all the girls are lovely and make you feel comfortable. Katie especially always knows exactly what I like and gets it perfect every time! I have also had my hair styled here and a facial and on these occasions both were 10/10! Highly recommend!

My wife had a great experience when she went for her haircut with Laura, she was great from start to finish, she captured what my wife was after, would highly recommend Laura.

I have been going to Laura for my hair for years I followed her from her old salon she always does a fab job. I haven’t got the easiest hair and I’m always happy with the result. Doll is such a nice salon all the staff are so friendly highly recommended!
