I love dollys desserts I would go everyday if I could the cookie dough is amazing there is always something for every even mini cookie for people who don’t want a fully size amazing definitely consider buying a bottle of dollys sauce
I waited patiently for the funfetti cookie to come back into stock so much so that over the festive period I purchased 12 of them across 2 orders amongst other flavours. The cookies never fail to amaze and taste so good!! Especially when warmed up! Delivery was super quick and communication always on point. I will forever be a repeat costumer.
I ordered Dollies Cookies for a present. They don't accept PayPal which would help to make the purchasing experience better. They were delivered as promised. Good start. They arrived and were not as expected. Went downhill from here. The packaging was not as expected and what I can describe as amateur. I question the labelling of the products - it's not clear. Sadly this purchase was not great value for money or as advertised. I ended up in an email battle with, what I assume, was the owner. I feel my consumer rights have been ignored. I was given a partial refund, but again, I feel this is wholly inadequate and doesn't address the issue. It is a shame. I love buying in the UK, local business and want to support the UK - particularly at the moment. I just cannot recommend Dollies Cookies on the basis of my experience.
