My package didn’t have an address on it at first, and I was worried I was going to have to spend extra money to reorder the same outfit again. Can’t get a refund and return no response
I ordered clothing and they were too big I have tried emailing five different times and put in requests for return and no one has responded. It’s been weeks sense my order was delivered an no response.

Stash cash membership is useless…
Stash cash membership is useless because there’s no easy way to apply your earned cash! They make it purposely frustrating and impossible to log in and find/apply your stash cash. I also have had several orders I’ve placed take months to arrive to then have missing items and then be told the items are out of stock or unavailable! And to make up for it they only offer a 30% code which is nothing special because their stuff is so overpriced that they always hold 30% off! Also the ads on their instagram are heavily queer and vulgar.

my recommendation is to get everything on sale if you can. they overprice things and don’t make good quality products for what they charge. Quality is a bit all over the place. I’ve bought many things but they had these platform ugg knockoffs and they were waiting to kill someone. literally NO ankle support and a big platform underneath. Anyway, they have a lot of random 3rd party brands so that’s another area where quality can be questionable. they also cater to tall boots or tall girls for a lot of their clothing.
Stressful experience
Their stuff are cute, but if you get the wrong size because their measurements are off, you can't receive a refund. It's a store credit plus 3.99 or 7.99 fee to return. Worst store. I would not recommend. Customer service sucks. My first order was delivered to a wrong address.

Received Wrong Item and Had to Pay Return Fee
I ordered a Sugar Thrillz House mini skirt and described on their website is black vegan leather material with adjustable buckles, and the photos (including the model photos) clearly showed that design.
When my package arrived, I received a completely different skirt — blue with white polka dots and lace. It looked nothing like the product shown online.
I contacted customer service, and they initially claimed I received what I ordered. I had to send screenshots proving that what was displayed on their website was entirely different from what I received. After explaining everything, my only option was to receive a refund in the form of store credit — and I was still expected to pay the return fee that was clearly their error.
Unless they change their return/shipping policy, I won’t be coming back.
incomplete order and nothing to make up for it
I ordered a Halloween costume that came incomplete. The description clearly stated the costume came with leg warmers. I emailed the dolls kill customer service team and was met with unreasonable demands. Was told I need to return the costume before they would give me any compensation. I asked for a return label and was told I needed to pay for one. Even though they explained it had to be returned before they could do anything for me. After about 20 emails back and forth, I gave up trying to get a refund or any type of compensation. I recommend ordering off a better site. Dollskill have been known for terrible advertising and racist slogans.they have also been boycotted by the rave community for it. Plzzzz pick a better place to spend your money.

I pre-ordered a pair of sandals and I'm in the UK so was a bit hesitant on ordering but I did the £3 purple dot insurance just in case. They came quickly, well packaged and exactly what I wanted 😁 so happy with my sandals I love them and can't wait to wear them!
