Thank you Kamila and Clare for the MOST wonderful pamper party! My daughter couldn’t have loved it more, she was literally fizzing with happiness. You took care of absolutely everything, made it a real event and you both were so good with the girls. Thank you for making her day super special :)

They were professional, courteous, smiley and warm and made sure my daughter was made to feel special.

The room looked incredible and they left it spotless.

They gave my daughter such a wonderful party. They are a great team. My daughter and all the kids had a brilliant time. We are all very happy.

When contacting this company I had heard fabulous things but I didn’t realise how amazing the day would be, everything was thought of the team that arrived at my house worked so hard, we had this magical set-up that absolutely wowed us all specially my daughter and her friends, followed by beautiful treatments and games the whole party was really something else, my daughter said it was the best day of her life, so for that worth every penny they were fully entertained the whole way through I didn’t have to lift a finger, completely stress free and just wow on all levels, I want to say thank you to you guys it was unbelievable ❤️

The girls who came were lovely. The set up was a bit cheap looking if I’m honest for £325 and I had requested no pink at all as my daughter HATES pink so specifically mentioned that I would like to book but only if set up can be turquoise. She asked for 2 other extra colours, I gave her cream and gold so I assumed they would be the accommodating colours. She said yes absolutely we will accommodate. Never said foot spas, rail and towels are PINK. That’s quite a lot of pink for someone that doesn’t like PINK! So maybe would think to mention it. Also robes turned up creased as anything so I had to steam them myself and fizz they brought wasn’t chilled. The fact that the woman didn’t acknowledge anything or apologise I thought was even more disappointing. It was all my fault apparently! There was zero responsibility taken and zero customer service. I would be cautious when booking and would most definitely be very clear about colours you would like as apparently you may need to pay an extra £200 to guarantee colours! Not the comms I had received in the first place and read their T’s and C’s with a fine tooth comb!!!!

Third year of using this company, and they are amazing, I can not begin to tell you how happy they have made my daughters, all three of them, the ladies are fantastic I would definitely recommend, thank you again for another perfectly successful party

I had a terrible experience with the Dolly Divas team. For £420 for 10 eight-year-old girls, you’d expect to receive everything listed in the activity package. Instead, we were charged an extra £50 just for additional plastic chairs—chairs you could probably buy for the same price on AliExpress. On top of that, two promised items were missing: the birthday girl’s gift and the bubbly drinks.

When I raised these issues afterward, they refunded only £1.89 for the drinks and never sent the gift. Their only response was to call me “annoying” for messaging in the evening.

This is a scam. Avoid them—they do not deserve your business.

Dee and holly arrived early and completely transformed our lounge into a dream spa for a 7 year old, they were so sweet and engaging and completely transformed the children into mini divas. They did hair nails makeup chocolate fountain. The kids loved it!!! They also had chart hits pumping that the kids requested. They were both so warm and friendly we would not hesitate to recommend them again. Really lovely people and such a fun party!!!

TOOK A DEPOSIT AND NEVER CAME TO DO MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY PARTY. MY CHILD WAS LEFT UTTERLY DEVASTATED. HAVE ASKED FOR AN IMMEDIATE REFUND BUT THE WOMAN JANE IS NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS!!!
