Extremely Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery ExperienCe
I have been a regular customer of Dolphin Fitness, but after my latest order, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service.
There is seemingly no effective way to contact customer support, and my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid an additional charge specifically to have my delivery arrive earlier, yet this was completely ignored. There was no communication, no attempt to contact me to understand what I needed, and my order was simply put on hold without any explanation.
As a result, I had no choice but to purchase the items I needed from a local shop, meaning I wasted both time and money despite paying extra for an expedited delivery.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Dolphin Fitness. A company that takes payment for a service and then fails to deliver it—without even communicating with the customer—is simply unacceptable.
I will be seriously reconsidering ordering from Dolphin Fitness again.
I would expect a full refund of the additional charges and appropriate compensation for the considerable inconvenience, frustration, and stress this situation has caused.

Dolphin Fitness had the best prices online that I could find. I choose free delivery which was estimated at 5+ working days however I received my order in 3 days.

Dolphin fitness. Experiences according to me
I’ve made 4/5 orders from dolphin fitness and never had any issues whatsoever with the orders. They arrive quickly and are well packaged. The prices are very competitive and cheaper than buying direct from the manufacturers. There are extra discounts if you bulk buy some products, which is helpful in this day and age.
Overall I would recommend buying from dolphin fitness and I will certainly be using them again.

Exceptionally good customer service
I am a returning customer to Dolphin Fitness. I like their range of products and competitive pricing. On this occasion the delivery company 'lost' my parcel then 'found' it but had repackaged it with items missing, trashed or filthy. Dolphin Fitness customer service were brilliant.
