DONT BUY THERE. SCUM

This is the worst customer experience of my life (and I am not young).

I ordered Muuto stools and Montana furniture bookshelves. After I made a 100% prepayment, they simply stopped all communication, answering perhaps one out of every five emails. There were no follow-ups and no updates—just an endless "ping-pong" from one department to another. My manager actually told me they could not work properly because they are a "small and non-robot company" (Estefania Edelman, hi!).

Only three months after I placed the order did they finally inform me that—surprise—Muuto had already stopped producing my stools. This means they likely didn't even contact Muuto until three months after they took my money.

With the bookshelves, it is even worse. In February (for an order placed in October!), they informed me that they might deliver the order in the summer—more than 10 months after the order was placed. I immediately contacted the manufacturer directly, and they told me the actual delivery time to Spain is only two months.

I have written to them demanding a refund, but they have simply stopped answering me. I am now preparing a lawsuit.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Inexistent Customer Service. Pray you receive what you order correctly because in anycase you will have to keep it

I bought a Vitra butterfly stool last black friday but the color is way lighter then the pictures they show on the website and also compared to the material sample they showed me in store when I went to check before I bought it. They guy in the store told me to don't worry and that I could order regardless from the store or the webshop as they didn't have stock available in that moment. What he didn't mention is that they were not going to accept any return despite it is an Item they regularly carry in stock. I tried to reach out their costumer service multiple times via mail, via whatsapp. NO REPLY. I then went to the store but the guy mortified told me they cannot handle complains regarding webshop orders but gently sent a note to someone in the costumer service team. After many tentatives a Girl finally replied to me saying I should have read better the general condition but she was going to check with her buying department if they could exceptionally take back the stool as they normally carry it in stock... 6 weeks later and several mails after, still no answers. My stool is still here packed as doesn't fit my needs. At the end I would most likely have to keep it or resell it and loose part of my money. What is sure is that I never seen in years such a lack of clarity and accountability from a retail company. I will never buy anything else in this shop and neither should you if you read this comment.

Evitar esa tienda a toda costa.
El sitio web puede parecer atractivo, pero el servicio es pésimo, te envían el producto sin avisarte, cuando llega está roto y nadie contesta a las llamadas o mails… Son un desastre!! Espero q me lo solucionen rápido Y SE PONGAN EN CONTACTO CONMIGO
Por ese precio, hay otras tiendas online y físicas en España mucho mejores

Avoid at all cost. Their website may look appealing but the service is dreadful and they certainly do not keep their word.
In that price range, there are other online and physical stores that will meet your expectations

Piénsatelo dos veces

Si tienes pensado comprar algo aquí, ármate de paciencia. A menos que seas un estudio, un influencer o un hotel, los tiempos de espera son absurdos. Primero te dicen que la lámpara llegará en tres meses. Luego pasan a cuatro. Después dejan de responder y, dos semanas más tarde, recibes un mensaje de atención al cliente anunciando otro mes adicional. Después de toda esta espera, ahora toca la odisea para que me devuelvan el dinero y cancelen el pedido.

If you’re planning to buy anything here, be prepared to wait. Unless you’re a studio, an influencer, or a hotel, the lead times are ridiculous. First they tell you the lamp will arrive in three months. Then it becomes four. After that, they stop responding, and two weeks later you get a customer-service message announcing yet another month of delay. After all this waiting, now begins the ordeal of trying to get my money back and cancel the order.

We bought a set of 4 chairs WOUD in the…

We bought a set of 4 chairs WOUD in the shop in Madrid. The chairs came broken with visible defects. I have no idea if the defects are from manufacturing or transport, but that's how I found them. They do not want to take the chairs back even thought they are under warranty. The consumption office tried to contact them to start arbitrage and they did not acknowledge them. They are just silent. It's the worst consumer service I have ever experienced.

Terrible service.

Terrible service.

Nice pieces of furniture, but worst service ever. Stay away, but your furnitures anywhere else. They won't make it in time, will lie to you about delivery dates, they just don't care about customers once they completed the sell.

Servicio horrible. No se preocupan de los clientes una vez completan la venta, no entregan a tiempo y te dicen cualquier cosa cuando llamas.

Avoid Domesticoshop

I always thought Domesticoshop was a trustworthy place to buy nice furniture. I sometimes suggest my clients to buy (some) furniture there. Like I have done with my current client but it all turnes out to be a disaster. When you make an appointment, it’s of no use, there is no attention. We found our own things and ordered for 20K. When we returned once to check our order, I got insulted by one of the sales people, I just pretended not hearing it. In August there is no way to communicate with them and September was the same story. Because of late delivery my client wanted to cancel a sofa, but no way, we signed the sales conditions. No a single client friendly gesture. We are now trying to get the goods delivered but there is no clue how to get this done. I have never experienced a service so bad, they just could not care less.
