Shocking company shocking customer…
Shocking company shocking customer services came to mend my dishwasher then damaged my kitchen denied any responsibility so the manufacturer that booked the repair had to pay out and was going to pursue them.

We requested further details to investigate this properly, however no substantiating information has been received to support the claim. This is not consistent with the service standards we would expect or actions we would take, but we remain available to review any evidence if it is provided.
Good advice, good fitting and decent prices
We needed a replacement integrated dishwasher. We were served by John, who was patient and knowledgable. He showed us several different ones, and made sensible recommendations (Not just the most expensive) after asking questions about how we used the machine. At the end he was able to give us a discount, and arranged for the machine to be fitted within a couple of days. The chap who fitted it was careful and clean. He explained how the unit worked, and (Frankly) left it looking better than when the kitchen was first fitted. Excellent all round service, good prices and left with a sense of good people doing good work. They may be a few pounds more expensive than the big box retailers, but the service and lack of hassle makes it worth every penny. We will be back
