Parlin & Xion were brilliant, they called 30 minutes before arriving and were super helpful throughout the visit and really knowledgeable. They fixed my dishwasher leak and had the part required so I can highly recommend.

Excellent from start to finish
Very good service. Call handler was excellent and booking an engineer was easy. The engineer arrived on time and was extremely professional. He was very respectful and managed to resolve the issue with our tumble dryer. Really great service.

Politely called before arrival. Thoroughly checked my appliance and fully repaired within a short time. I had only reported the breakdown of the appliance the evening before so was very happy to have it working so quickly.

Fridge freezer repair repeat fault
Month ago repair carried out on my fridge freezer. Fault detected again and called them and was told would have to pay for new call out although their website says repairs are covered for 1 year. Also no engineer available for a week so had to find another company.

Our 12-month guarantee applies to any electrical or mechanical parts that we supply and fit as part of a repair. Should one of those fitted parts fail within the guarantee period, we will replace it without charge. However, if a subsequent issue is unrelated to the part previously fitted, a new call-out and diagnosis may be chargeable.
We also appreciate your frustration that an engineer was not available sooner when you contacted us, particularly when dealing with an essential appliance such as a fridge freezer, and we're sorry that we were unable to accommodate an earlier appointment on this occasion.
We regret that your experience has left you dissatisfied.

Reported washing machine not working on Tuesday, lady I spoke to was very helpful, told me every thing I needed to know. Booked apointment for engineer for next day Wednesday. Engineer very good and infomative, fitted new motor and machine fixed by 1.35pm.
