Great start

I have just rented the first house my family is going to live in in Denmark, so I had a lot of questions. Line is an incredibly nice and helpful person, the communication is seamless and quick, and her answers have always been to the point. And I really went overboard with questions.

So for me, it is an exceptionally good start and one that makes me confident we are really going to enjoy living in this place :)

The worst

In general, it is the worst landlord/ apartment administration/ whatever you call that. Their focus is only money. They do not reply or react to emails, only if you follow up by sending more emails and calling them more than once- could be that luck is on your side. More to this, in our apartment they started fixing cooker hood, and then suddenly in the middle of fixing it stopped (by the way for them it took around 6 weeks instead of human time). And for the 4 months, it is still not fixed, and we call them, write them- but apparently luck is not on our side and they are busy collecting some money instead of actually taking care of their property which is their job. I have many more examples. The quality of the apartment is the worst, floors are extremely fragile and some windows don't open for winter position because they just wanted to save money on that (their worker told us that). So good luck with window that actually only opens in one position. There has been few robberies into the common basement space- it took them around 2 weeks to fix the door. There are many situations like this- so please think before you would choose this company as your landlord and so on. Our apartment is beautiful and we absolutely love it, but we want to move out sooner than we planned because Domhusggarden is just a bad company.
