Terrible service and awful pizza

Terrible service and awful pizza
Very disappointed with this place. The pizza looked absolutely hideous. The delivery driver refused to come up to the 3rd floor and insisted that I come down to get it myself.
When I brought the pizza back and asked for a refund, the girl at the counter refused to give my money back. She offered to make a new one instead, stating that "all their pizzas look exactly like this anyway." Zero customer service and total lack of respect. I will never order from here again.
