In 6 times of ordering
In 6 times of ordering, 4 times they have forgotten to make our order/or half of it. Other times, as I stand wait to collect my “completed order” they do not acknowledge that I am standing their and I realize that my order is not even ready.

third world standard with third world employees
Delivery time passed, no delivery, called the butik, got some Indian guy with thick accent, speaking English, giving lame excuses "busy with 40 orders". He can't even speak Danish! Then he hung op on me without even saying when the food will arrive. Just 2 pizzas, but they cannot even make it in one whole hour. Got delivery late. horrible fry hard dough, falling apart like cookie, swimming in tomato sauce and oil. Made completely wrong. Still havn't received any apology, bonus or refund whatsoever!!!

Your workers were honest and polite. The pizza was amazing but I wished it was moister to feel the cheese and the toppings.

Cold Pizza with little toppings
I ordered pizza early and ask for it to be delivered at a specific time. I also ordered and paid for extra toppings. It arrived 20 minutes late, cold and very little toppings. I love Dominoes pizza but this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had and I’m not picky so that is saying much.

Wrong order
I ordered a capricciosa with cheese crust, I got a pizza with nothing but 5 small pieces of bacon on it and the cheese crust.

Never again…
Ordered today pizza for dinner and after almost 1.5h they called us to apologize for the delay and that they will deliver it in 15 min and that they will add something extra for our troubles. After another 30min they called again to tell us that the order got delayed and they will deliver it in 15min. Fast forward another 50 min, the order arrived with cold mediocre pizza and with nothing extra. I guess, will be the last time ordering from Domino’s

Restaurant did not have a driver
Restaurant did not have a driver. But they didn’t call and tell me!? I call and they say they will refund in 2 days. And don’t send written confirmation.
Now it’s late. I’m hungry. With no food. And with no refund or cancellation of my order.
Customer service picked this up and went over and above in making up for the issue. Good service.

Please dont call it a veggi pizza when it is really vegan. I know its partly my fault.. but I accidentally ordered vegan pizza which was not very good.

Highly processed food. Poor service
Very slow and unprofessional service. The person on the phone to the one delivering the food were not interested to know that the order took over an hour for being delivered!
To make things worse, the food tastes very processed and non naturally fresh as the local pizza shops supply.
Never ordering Dominos again.

Very good service
Very good service! Pizza itself was nice, tasty crust but there was quite a large area around the crust where there was no topping. Well made otherwise.
