You ask for a review for items I have not yet received.
I ordered these items last Wednesday and will not received these items until tomorrow Wednesday which is over a week I have never before had to wait so long for an order , this is not the level of service I have received in the pass.

Great value and fantastic quality, like you used to get at good butchers. Bought lots of times and always happy.

You can't go far wrong with Donald Russell. I've regularly bought their steaks, burgers, sausage rolls and pork joints since discovering them during lockdown. They are always excellent quality. 'These are really good, are they Donald's?' Is a regular comment in our house.

I ORDERED A GOOD SELECTION OF MEAT PRODUCTS IN THE BOX WITH ICE PACKS ALL NEATLY PACKED.A GREAT SERVICE AND COURIER WHO WAS SO FRIENDLY.ALL THE STEAKS AND OTHER FOODSTUFF ARE DELICIOUS ALL NATURAL.LASTLY A GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH AND I RECOMMEND DONALD RUSSELL TO ANYONE.

Website is easy to use and prices are reasonable. The food is always delicious but their stars are the chateaubriands which are cuts of beef to die for.

Have used DR since covid. From then till now, everything we ordered, had has always delivered. I'm sure we have all been out on a meal out, had a steak and been bloody terrible. Not once has that ever happened! Burgers great,sausage rolls great, mince, never had an issue with anything. Tastes lovely, hood cooking guidelines plus do some great deals. Win win.

Been using DR for years. Good quality food at great prices if you make the most of offers etc. Never had any issues that have not been easily & quickly resolved by their friendly& efficient customer service team. Shame they no longer do their wonderful chicken Kyivs & chicken cordon bleu.... Not found any others that come close. Would prefer more environmentally friendly packaging though.

This is the only place I buy my meat from. Always arrives well packaged and on time.
The meat is superb so why go elsewhere.

I have been a customer for years and they just get better and better. I really hope this continues as they grow as this has not been my experience with many businesses particularly those that scale then sell to investors who are less invested in the customer experience/journey. The quality of produce is outstanding; delivery is always on time with the boxes being well packed and the produce kept at the correct temperature util it reaches you. Haven't had to use customer service much but when I have it’s been courteous and knowledgeable. Their special offers, especially black Friday, are really good. I get a fed up with headlines from other suppliers offering discounts then when you visit the site it amounts to £1.50! DR's discounts are a very clever as they are good enough to entice you to buy and keep in your freeze for future use. For me the outstanding products are the chateaubriand, beef rib trim (which using the DR recipe produced the best Boeuf Bourguignon I have ever made), whole chickens and fillet steaks

I have had no problems in buying chicken from here. We do not buy red meat. My Daughter is vegetarian and I only eat chicken. This is the only site I buy it from and among other things I get from here I have no complaints at all. Everything I have bought has been excellent so why go anywhere else. I very wont.

Have ordered a few times and always arrives on time still frozen .quality of the products are excellent. Would like to see a greater range of products suitable for the gluten intolerant other than that I'm very impressed.

I only discovered Donald Russell a couple of months ago and was blown away by the quality of the products, the keen pricing and speedy efficient delivery.

It’s fair to say I’m now a convert having recently taken delivery of my third order which certainly will not by my last!

Really tasty products and they come brilliantly packed on they day they promise in an insulated box.

They introduced us to lorne sausage, which is now a family favourite.

Have now ordered twice and 3rd order in pipeline -- 100% quality - service- pies full of flavour - fish cakes best ever - side dishes 😋 dauphinise made the right way.

I get all my meat (except chicken) from Donald Russell. The mince melts in your mouth. The pork chops are huge. The beef fillets also melt in your mouth. The salmon lasted two nights. The sausages are meaty and delicious. The steak is succulent. Love it!
