Age is not in the pedal .
Good to have people who speak English to help within a minute. They deleted charges without question when we questioned charge or didn’t know how to return bike correctly. Yesterday I was mentally exhausted trying to navigate Donkey R , having little battery left didn’t help . Today we had it wired . Went everywhere using google maps and hiring and dropping off bikes wherever we wanted using donkey maps .Not convinced e-bikes are necessary on this flat terrain.
I’m an old cyclist (66) and all in all I’d do this again any day of the week . It’s a good service.

We have both electric and non-electric bikes, so you can just take a regular bike for your next rental :)
I wouldn't bother
There are much better options out there to use a shared bike. The service is non-existent and the bikes cumbersome.

Very expensive now
Donkey bike used to be a great option in Copenhagen for a few days to a week. But they’ve changed their pricing plan so that it’s double the price from what I had previously paid. Will cut back on using their bikes or find other options.
