We rented bikes on Christmas Day in Ghent. App was super easy and bikes were readily available. One bike ended up with a low rear tire and swapping for a new bike was a breeze. We were also able to lock bikes up downtown so we could walk around. Looks like lots of E bike options in other places. Would 100% use again and recommend other travelers use these bikes! Way faster than walking, just as easy!

It’s generally great that there are such services, but I encountered some problems with bike lockers -
First encounter was when I was not able to unlock it, but Oksana from support helped me very quickly, she told me that I should do something with my Bluetooth, and it appeared that it is somehow broken on my 2024 iPhone, and only reload of the phone helped, but still problem was solved quite quickly;
The second problem was when I locked the bike with both wheel locker and chain, after I clicked the unlock button only chain was unblocked, while the wheel was still blocked, and I needed several iterations of turning off Bluetooth and the app reloads (I mean close and open), and manipulate the wheel locker to back and forth;
The third appeared when during one my stop I tried to lock it but the app shown that it either locked it but in reality it was not, or it couldn’t be able to find it, it was able to lock the bike only during my next stop, so it could have been stolen under the worst circumstances because of this issue
But all these problems, except in fact the last one, were solved, so my general expression is pleasant

They took 25chf for a ride that costed 9chf I need my money back

I used this service 3 times and I will never repeat this experience. Their app is dysfunctional and will not properly end the bike rental/keep charging you money even if it confirmed to you the rental has ended. If you also discover this (my case) later on - they will want to charge you the price of the bike - €180. I’ve traveled around many cities and used many similar services before, but this is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from these scammers.

The user experience is incredibly deceptive when getting you to lock the bike. From a purely logical perspective when you lock the bike that would mean the end of the ride. Instead it means you’ve locked the bike for yourself. A better option would options to lock and return or lock and end ride. It seems design is something they have created to deceive people as it is obvious from

The ride was really good, the bike was in great condition and I also felt really safe and comfortable on the bike so there is nothing you need to worry about. Not even about your phone! There is a holder for the phone it’s very great and important!

Good bike, easy drop off

For me it is only missing a dynamo allowing to recharge the phone. Otherwise great experience.

Best way to get a quick tour of the canal district, really great for if you have a short amount of time, waiting for trains, etc
