This is a really good product and helps with scheduling a lot. I’ve not known anyone who has balked at using Doodle, which is rare.

Compared to the previous format, this new one is rubbish, it doesn't connect to my google calendar - although it has confirmed that it is. Why "fix" something that isn't broken?
Appalling tool to use with adverts continously popping up and making it impossibel to scroll through meeting option dates.
Used to be good. Very sad.
Like many people I was extremely disappointed with the changes that Doodle have made to their services whilst at the same time charging even more. The system no longer does text polls
Doddle seem to have wrecked what was a good product. I've moved to "WhenAvailable",
I used to use Doodle a lot for scheduling training sessions within a tennis group and other meetings. You could ask questions (yes/no) and limit the number of answers per person and per question, this functionality is gone! not to say that now you cannot answer to your own polls! Also editing an answer afterwards is messy… before it was very easy when logged! does anyone knows an alternative to this unusable new version?
Latest upgrade make service impossible to use. Text polls are gone, Yes/No/Maybe options hard to find, too many adverts. I have been fan / promoter of Doodle for years
Absolutely useless since March of 2022. Polls not working, people cant access, no customer service, and inane email apologies. We will never use these jerks again after the last two weeks.
Been using Doodle for several years. Started out with the free version but the ads where annoying. Upgraded to premium and was much happier. Last year they significantly raised the price of the product. Was not pleased but continued to use it since the people I was scheduling with were used to it. THEN....with the release of the 5.0 version a couple of weeks ago, the iOS app would no longer work. This is what all my customers were using so none of them could vote on available times to meet. I reported the issue and at first they denied that it was not working. After sending emails and pictures, they finally agreed it was not and that they were working on fixing it. After 4 more days of it still not working, I finally gave up and am switching to a new app for scheduling. I told them I was forced to go to another app since there's was not working and that I would like a refund, they refused. They said it was beyond the trial period. This is not about a trial, it is about it NOT WORKING. Very disappointed in this response. Would not recommend them.
A terrible disappointment. The new version is not a patch on the previous version. It doesn't allow the organiser to change their status, surely whoever designed the new system must realise that not all people who set up meetings will attend. What was a great application no longer suits peoples' scheduling needs.
We had been using Doodle as a Simple and Free tool to invite friends to go on a Walk together, and allow them to reply to take up the invite, so that we could see who was coming on the walk (and by their lack of reply, who was not). It was working fine.
Now Doodle has completely messed it up. After this change to the interface the process is now far too complex, and Doodle is not fit for our purpose.
In fact, it was difficult to even establish that a free version is still available; Doodle is now doing everything it can to persuade you that you need to pay money.
What was great has turned to rubbish.
Sorry Doodle you really screwed it up.
Even though this website is wonderful for planning and organizing, maybe even easier for coordinator, I did not have such an experience. There are too many adds, time zones that are beyond difficult to change, and I have to make way too many changes that never saved properly and hindered my job and employees abilities to understand and follow. I will not be using again.
Doodle used to be an amazing program. It allowed people to book a meeting via link, it would appear in my calendar and send out a zoom link. Unfortunately since the updates recently there have been multiple issues. With one update the bookings disappeared from the dashboard so I couldn't see who was booking a meeting with me. The next update prevented people from booking more than one meeting without going in to a private browser. Also the update didn't allow people to cancel, so if somebody wished to cancel they had to contact me direct, but my calendar still showed as booked, so nobody else could book that time. I have reached out to support multiple times, although unfortunately they haven't given a time frame for these issues to be fixed. Now, people refuse to use my doodle booking system, because of the bugs. This is a great shame as this was a reliable tool for an number of years.
Ultimately I think Doodle should pull the premium option until they fix all the issues.
Doodle used to be such a useful tool. I recently started reusing the Premium version to organise calls with important stakeholders. There seem to have been changes to the UI that have made me unable to access key information about poll participants as well as sending out notifications without my knowledge resulting in angry stakeholders. I suspect there is a bug but as Doodle has no customer service there is no way of reporting this. This is totally unacceptable as I have had to spend hours getting to the bottom of what was going on. I will not be continuing with a subscription.
It is a good tool for short promotional videos.
I liked the tutorial videos which were really heplful for the beginner like me.
I like the fact that you can record your own voice and trimm it as need it. So, you don´t need a seperate tool or software for it.
Too many adds that has not relevance at all. I have seen them more then 100 times now, and I will never purchase the product. Why do you not set a frequency on google ads, save some money and reach more people
I have changed to FindTime by Microsoft, which you can integrate in Outlook. It is free and also free of the very, very noisy and invasive ads, I now experience in the free version of Doodle.
Have enjoyed it earlier, but it has now gone too far in the free version. The pricing for the paid version is too high for my relatively little use of meeting scheduling.
Used to be good. Ads slow the page down to a crawl now. Impossible to use. Silly people have sabotaged their own page.
I came across doodle.com while taking part in a doodle poll of a friend, since then I have started using this productivity tool almost daily, it saves so much time and is easy to use all my friends now use it too. It makes my scheduling life simple when organizing my kids afternoon appointments as well as my own coffee mornings with my girl friends. fully recommend it!
