Great product and customer service were very helpful and quick to respond.

Order still says delivering 3 weeks after order. No reply from customer service.

Use someone else

This is the message I received from them after 3 weeks. Incompetent beyond belief.

We have finally got round to processing your order, however due to the technical error we do not have the image you uploaded. Could you please send across the image you uploaded to the designer and we can get this printed ASAP for you.

Terrible service. Order placed 3 weeks ago, payment was taken immediately and order was due to be dispatched within 7 working days. Nothing has arrived and I have had no response to 3 emails to customer services. Now having to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Very poor service. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. 7 day delivery. Nothing turned up and I have now sent 2 messages from their website as well as a direct email. No reply so I will be contacting my bank for a refund. Absolute scam.

Put in an orders on the 9th and 11th April, the invoice stated 7 working days delivery, it is now the 22nd April, I have tried to contact them, 3 time, they state will come back to you within 24hrs, still waiting some 5 days later, reported to trading standards, please be careful

always excellent service

We placed an order for a sports bag, with name and club logo for our sons birthday. We received it well in time for his special day and he loves it.
Quality and printing of bag was excellent.

The club he plays football for are now seriously looking at purchasing for the whole club.

My son wanted to design his own backpack and we found doodletogs. Brilliant site, really easy to use, fast delivery and great customer service (they contacted me when there was an issue with the image). Top marks from my son!

The colour of the T-shirt I received is very different from the colour on the site and the paper enclosed with the order. My subsequent queries have gone unanswered. I do not wear the colour that arrived. Otherwise the T-shirt is good.

Absolutely spot on with my design and the quality

I have now ordered 3 t shirts from Doodletogs. I needed help with the printing on one t shirt and Customer Service were brilliant. They helped with removing a background on a photo I wanted on a t shirt. I was really happy with the result. I thoroughly recommend this company!

Very easy to use and always delivered on time and good quality

Avoid using terrible postal companies who dont offer a reliable service. Instead, they provide an app that is hopeless and frsutrating.

Excellent item. The quality of the material is excellent and the printing very good. very good value.

(They even changed the final print, for me, after I had placed my order, which is excellent customer service, as well).

It did take slightly longer than I anticipated to arrive but tat wasn't a problem as I ordered well in advance.

Easy to use website, quick service and great product

Ordered a kit bag printed didnt kniw what to expect but i was very pleased with the quality of both bag and print.
The order process and design is so simple and quick to do aswell.
Highly recommend i will be ordering more.
