They look great but I'd suggest more sturdy packaging and a DO NOT BEND message on it as it was bent and it did crease through one of the designs

Good quality product, I bought 4 personalised sleeveless hoodies in total. Unfortunately, the logo design system is bugged as it is impossible to retreive designs from gallery. Reverting to changes made in design via revert button jumbles up the entire design instead. Loading any pattern/logo means clicking on accept terms link which doesn't work properly - I had to click it 10+ to be able to upload a single file (extremely frustrating if you need to personalise front and back and the design resets randomly - it took me 50+ minutes to successfully upload and conclude both designs). One product advertised was discontinued, yet still available for design on the webpage, I expended my time and effort on personalising it - with no avail, was informed about it and refunded afterwards.

Reasonable products. I got my novelty running vests. The quality is okay. It’s difficult to gage what you’re buying from the website. The letters are stuck on but not embroidered in. I’m wearing it on Saturday. Will see how it gets on after a wash!

Purchased a personalised weekender bag for my wife which arrived without the shoulder strap advertised on the website. I contacted the customer services department who informed me that the website was incorrect and no strap is provided.

Disappointing given the cost but given that it's personalised and my wife likes it, I have no choice but to accept it. Will not be using again though.

Was initially very impressed with the product however after a few wears the print has came away. However this may be due to the positioning and product.
