Customer service is awful
Their phone specs do look good, but the customer service is awful. I had some questions about the phone V31GT and first I tried to contact them via messenger (the link is in their website)- no response. No matter which day or time I wrote (and I tried a lot), there was always an automated message returned: ".. we're not available right now .." with no follow-up. Then I wrote an email (the link is in their website) and I got a response, but it was so badly written that I could not understand the answers (terrible English skills on their side). I did a reply asking to clarify the answers and never got a response, even after 2nd reply as a reminder. And yes I was kind and patient, so why ignore such potential customer? In their specification they have errors, for example, they write things like "SONY® S5K4H8YX Sensor chip", when "S5K4H8YX" is developed my Samsung.. I was really up for getting the phone, but this bad customer service and superficiality in their website doesn't speak good for the company. I can imagine the nightmare, if I would need to return the phone, because of some defects. And maybe they make the phones in same carless way? I guess I will never know.

so I ordered my phone sometime ago and it hasn't shown up. I've email the company, I've contacted them on social media and nothing. 0 nada! I was looking forward to the phone and now I'm out of pocket. All it would take is one simple response and the actual shipping number rather than a generic one. Bad manners and shameful customer service.
Customer service = useless
Customer service = useless. They send you the wrong thing, or a partially filled order ( which you bought as a kit) then want to charge you 25% fee and to pay your own postage to send it back. They won't even give you the money back for the insurance you now don't need because they haven't sent you the right goods. Terrible company, stay away if you have any sense.

Bad experience through and Through, customer support ignores you, they say they ship from EU warehouse and then I have to pay 100€ of Customs?!
I did not receive the Phone and I did not get a refund yet after a month!
Not THAT rugged!!
1 month after purchase, my brand new Vmax fell from a table onto the floor, and shattered the screen. The phone is not usable now as certain pressure points in the broken glass flicker the screen into and out of false requests.

I bought Vmax rugged phone on 13 September and still waiting for delivery. It's been almost 3 weeks now and still not receiving. I emailed them and not getting reply. Seems like customer support doesn't exit. I'm very frustrating and I want my phone.

I'm hugely disappointed with my order. I ordered model V max, smartwatch and the fast charger. I got phone after 1 month, smartwatch by another delivery after 7 weeks and charger didn't arrive at all. Contact with the shop is tragic. I can understand that products were not in stock, but I can't understand I had to wait for email with answer to my questions usually several days, for some questions I didn't get answer at all! Because of that I paid border custom clearance much higher than I should, because I didn't know what is in the package. First parcel was sent from Hong Kong, second from Germany. I feel like an idiot. I didn't get full order I paid for. About the phone, the protective glass was attached poorly, with just few tiny air bubbles but it was not perfect. As someone else already reported in some review 5G DOESN'T WORK what makes you question if this phone even has 5G antenna actually. I had so high hopes and I was taken straight to the ground by this company. Ah, camera is so so. To be more precise, with poor lighting conditions it can't manage what other brands phones in this price range can do easily. I have some other comments but these are minor comparing to what I mentioned already.
For your own goodness, avoid this company.
Trust and patience
It's been two weeks since I received my S110 from Doogee. The phone arrived after about 2.5 weeks from the order date in pristine condition. It works like a charm and battery life is fantastic!
Check if the gadget you are ordering is in stock before you place an order to avoid unnecessary delays.
Doogee tend to go silent after one places an order and respond with updates only after your order has been shipped.
I waited 7 days before any updates and almost cancelled my order after reading a few reviews here.
All in all, they delivered on their promise. I advise you to know exactly what you are purchasing and have some patience.

i hate this phone ,It makes applications not work sometimes then i have to restart it . Recently i restarted it and its stuck in a boot mode , the buttons are not working which means i can not do anything about it . Its so inconvenient
Customer Service is not fantastic
I purchased a rugged phone and at first attempt of use, I noticed it was very laggy, apps crashed all the time, and apps only worked after trying to open them 3rd of 4th time. I have contacted support to return the phone and get a refund as it was not functioning properly. After one response from them asking for details around my issues and after I had replied, they have just disappeared of the face of earth. No the best experience, must say.

We bought 2 rugged smart phones. The case on one proved not rugged and cracked within a week. We contacted Doogee without response. So basically there is no warranty. DO NOT BUY a Doogee product, there is no warranty or after sales service

I purchased a DOOGEE S89 PRO in October 2022, the phone ceased function in April 2023. I contacted the company in May 2023 and followed instructions to attempt to fix the problem. after several back and forth sessions I asked for a warranty repair or replacement for the defective phone. No replies or further contact from the company since. The company provided a 1 year warranty and has failed to uphold that warranty.
The V20 is a great phone
The V20 is a great phone, as per the cracked screen comment? It's the screen protector! Clean the screen after you pull off the broken glass screen protector and put the new one that came with the phone or order an extra off aliexpress for god sakes . after cleaning the screen if needed.peal side one than side two after you use a credit card to extract all the bubbles.

I have a V20. The specs seemed good, great value for money, but the reality is you get what you pay for, maybe not even that.
My screen cracked very quickly making me doubt whether it really was 'Gorilla' glass, the camera, although it claims to have 108MP, if you take a picture and zoom in much, it's a very poor quality package. Pixels are not everything.
Much worse though is that the charging port seems very flimsy, it quickly stopped reliably charging. And while it claims to have 15W wireless charging, it is extremely poor. It barely connects. You might be able to get it charging while turned off, trickling, to perhaps 5%. That's all.
So I can't charge it I cant connect it its a piece of rubbish and I won't trust Doogee again. Poor quality Chinese manufacturing.

V20 rugged phone...pretty good
Bought a V20 rugged phone 14 months ago, has been a great phone until 2 weeks ago (May 23) fingerprint sensor stopped working, many apps set up such as banking for ease to use this method.
This seems to be a common issue if you check the online DOOGEE user forum. As I purchased from a 3rd party vendor from eBay, DOOGEE service are not as helpful as they could be. The forum highlights issues with support too...but that said, if not an issue for you the phone is a good overall device with loads of storage and pretty good performance, audio however is a bit weak...
