Great quality and very happy. Ordered 2 hoodies. The Bonsai tree and the Mount Fuji hoodies. Arrived in 5 or 6 days. Very cool and unique and look good.

Tried returning a pair of dungarees with no response
I ordered a pair of Dungarees on 12/26/24 and it didn't get shipped until 1/13/25 after I emailed them about it. They came on the 28th of January. I bought a Large and they fitted a little big on me. I sent another email asking if I could exchange size, they replied quickly giving me the address to send them back to. I got that sent out on February 5th and I also emailed them asking if they can let me know when they received it. I have not heard from them since emailing them again with no response. It's been close to 2 months for this process, plus I had to pay about $60 bucks for shipping them back since it was international. So far I've spent over $160 bucks with to be left in the dark. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I had a pretty bad experiencey
I had a pretty bad experience they sent my purchase one a have week later than I orderd mean wel they said it will send directly and wen I got the tracking code it was not working till a week later. mean wel I tried to contact them to ask about it I did not got a response, and after all that they only sent me one pants mean wel I ordered 2 and it was on the bill so saidly to say it was not great .
AVOID!!! A business that doesn’t know how to do business!
I ordered >£100 of t-shirt as a Xmas present. The t-shirts arrived with inexcusable delays. We are talking over 3 weeks. They did not send any message to indicate that the delivery would take that long. They eventually arrived, by the way, way after Xmas, I guess too bad for my present for my other half…
once there they were too large, I reached out to the customer service to check if they were doing exchange, they confirmed they did and that I just needed to send it back. It’s now been weeks again, I have sent 3 emails, including the tracking code, and I have no response. They still have not sent the smaller size.
I know this is a small business but this is appalling. I might have to claim the money back via my credit card as they are being unresponsive! Avoid avoid avoid
